Had emergency plumbing issue and they came out ASAP. Costs were estimated prior to call and were very reasonable. Plumbers were very professional and knew their stuff. Will use again for sure!

Had a bathroom water leak seemingly coming from the wall....was very concerned. Rick came out on time, diagnosed the issue as a small leak from the shower valve. Less then $200 later, all is fixed. Great job by a good guy!! Thanks to Rick and In-House Plumbing

Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.

Aaron was great! He took time to thoroughly diagnose potential problems, explain everything he found, and walk us through what needed to be done prospectively. Pricing very reasonable also. Overall great experience!

I would not waste your time on Alberto because he has no time wasting yours. After speaking with Alberto about my project he asked me to send him my address and we set a plan to meet at my house around 9:30am the following day. By 11:00am the day of our meeting I had not heard from him so I called and he did not answer. Shortly after he sent me a text informing me he did not service my area. I completely understand this. However, he could have let me know this the moment he received my address, but he didn't. He left me waiting. He didn't care enough to communicate to me that he didn't service my area the moment he knew where I lived. He blew me off and wasted my time, because he didn't care. Find someone who cares, even if they aren't getting your business.

My response to the owner: You didn't tell me your service area until I followed up with you to determine if you were still coming. You knew where I lived the day prior when I sent you my address and you didn't bother to inform me you didn't service my area. I had to call you, because I was waiting on you.

1st Plumber Allen has outstanding professional service. Their technicians' attention to detail and timely service is outstanding. My repairs were done in a timely manner and at reasonable price. I definitely will use this company again and recommend their services.

Can’t say enough good things about the service I got from Jeff today, Bottom to top professionalism and a very THOROUGH job! Had to replace a tankless water heater (under warranty) and he not only called the manufacturer to help me get it replaced but also picked up the new tank, installed it, and dealt with hauling away the old unit.

He gained a customer for life out of this experience.

Fantastic work by Diego on what turned out to be a complex multiday project after an undetected dishwasher hose leak. I appreciated the explanations and options I was given along the way, as well as the attention to detail. Worth noting the company does work hourly instead of doing upfront project estimates, but I definitely felt I got everything I needed done for a very good price.

Tony and Cameron were up to the task in finding the leak under our slab foundation.

Not sure who gives less then 5 stars to this business. My gas water heater stopped working and I called CPR. The professional offered a free throubleshooting over the phone in order not to waste money for a simple problem! I have done exactly what he recommended and recovered the heater. CPR rep has also explained that if the issue comes back then either this or that part would need to be replaced for such and such rate! Outstanding. Would definitely use them in the future and recommend anyone else.

I had a water damage due multiple plumbing pipe issues (pipe burst and damaged pipe connectors) and it happened during worst possible time ( a day before on Christmas eve). I had to turn off the water supply. Hence I was looking for quick and effective plumbing service. Jason from Streamline plumbing co. came before the scheduled time, identified the issues quickly and fixed it very effectively.
