Juan came to our home to unclog a bathroom sink drain. After having another plumbing company come & deceive us on the problem we called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for another try to fix our issue . Juan the technician arrived on time & fully masked, gloved, & with booties which was wonderful for my families safety during Covid 19. Juan was so professional introduced himself went to start the process of draining & cleared the line & than put a camera to check that all was cleared. So satisfied & the company had a special so saved us money. I now have a plumber I can trust for any problems. Juan made the whole process thorough & explained everything. Satisfied & truly a God sent company. I would recommend them to anyone.

We found a very small leak, but wasn't sure where it was coming from. Josh and his team came out, thoroughly assessed the situation, then fixed the problem the next day. They were all professional and made sure we understood the problem and how they were going to fix it. We will definitely be using them again.

Aaron was extremely professional and checked every inch of our home to find a very unique problem obstructing our A/C. I am very appreciative of the manager Tim for sending Aaron out to diagnose an issue that was not resolved the first visit. Outstanding company that I have now used for A/C and plumbing. I highly recommend Alberto at Lovejoy Prime Plumbing. He is an expert at what he does and he does it flawlessly. During 2020-21 he has completely redone the plumbing in 4 of our bathrooms. 2 tubs, 4 shower systems, 4 toilets, 5 sinks and moved drains. He has also replaced our leaky outdoor faucet and repaired a burst pipe. I wouldn’t call anyone else. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. He’s gone above and beyond what I would expect him to do to keep my job moving forward. (As for the recent negative review - don’t judge too harshly, this has been a rough year and you don’t know other’s circumstances.)

Had an issue with a toilet on the weekend. They came out, diagnosed and fixed the issue. Timely, friendly, professional and very reasonable considering it was a Sunday. There was no extra fee for the weekend. The technician was simply fantastic. Would definitely hire them again!

We had two outside water faucets replaced with frost-free hose bibs and the plumber wrapped the pipes for better insulation.

Fantastic work by Diego on what turned out to be a complex multiday project after an undetected dishwasher hose leak. I appreciated the explanations and options I was given along the way, as well as the attention to detail. Worth noting the company does work hourly instead of doing upfront project estimates, but I definitely felt I got everything I needed done for a very good price.

The gave ma a great deal for their services.
Problem is, I have to drain water out of my pool in order for them to do the repair something I did it know. Water was coming out big time.
I promised to call them back when I drain the water out of my pool.

The only thing to say about CPR Plumbing and their staff, is that you want them repairing your plumbing! My wife and I purchased a home from a home flipping company in The Colony TX, only to find that the flipper covered up several MAJOR breaks in the pipes under our house, five in total. Chad arrived the same day that I called to perform the initial test, with confirmed that damages did indeed exist, and a camera test was now necessary to confirm the extent of the damage.

Once everything was known, his team, Adam and Taylor, delivered exceptional professional service throughout the entire repair process. We were kept up to date on everything that was repaired, and not once inconvenienced. When the entire process was completed, you almost couldn't tell that anyone was there.

I don't believe that anyone else could have delivered better service. The price is beyond fair for the quality of work, the timely completion, the level of communications, and the fact that all their work comes with an amazing warranty.

With so many companies trying to cut corners, rip the customer off, and earn a cheap buck, CPR takes the time to remind the consumer that quality work is still alive! If you demand nothing but the best, call Chad and the CPR team, you will be more than satisfied!

Ryan and his assistant(sorry, can't remember his name) did a great job. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They kept us up to date on the progress. Everything is working and we are pleased.

Marco came to our home to see about installing a tankless water heater that was gifted us. He was professional and kind. He took his time and explained all aspects of it. He then arranged for a date around our very busy schedule as a large adoptive family. We could not have wished for a better experience.
