Best Water Treatment in Plano TX

So glad I found Jeff with Thorough Plumbing. He was very quick to respond to my inquiry and was able to set up an appointment soon. I got email and text reminders about the appointment and a text when he was on his way. He arrived at the appointment time and quickly diagnosed our faucet issue. He was very honest about it only needing a simple adjustment. So thankful to have found a plumber for all of our future plumbing needs.

Landry Plumbing was wonderful to work with! Jonathan addressed several different plumbing projects and did a great job with everything. Communication and attention to detail was great. It was near the end of the business but there was a technician available to take my emergent call for service. Jason was absolutely amazing. Kind, professional and quick! Jason also took the time to show me some pertinent things about my home that I did not know. I appreciate Jason and the quality of his workmenship.

We had hot water pipes leak twice under foundation this year!

I called at 11am and a plumber arrived by 1pm! I was so excited to get same day service. Phantom repaired my faucet in 30 minutes and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Terrible, I only gave 1 star because I had too. They twice delayed there stated 4 hours windows. The technician charged way above his estimate. He told me labor was $369 per hour and he was required to charge double the price for parts. At that price it matters not how good or nice he was, I felt we were taken advantage of. When asked about pricing adjustments Roto-Rooter recommended I ask the technician, when I asked the technician, he said call the Roto Rooter call line. This was a terrible experience from start to finish. I do not plan to plan to utilize Roto Rooter again and would not advise any one else to use them as well

I have had a leak issue that has stumped multiple plumbers but Pure came out the same day as I was having a leak. And they were able to fix it and find the source of the problem when other plumbers weren’t.

Robert was very responsive and quickly came out when we had a plumbing issue at our home. He took the time to carefully investigate what the issue was and he explained it to me so well. I appreciated that very much as he took time to tell me what the problem was and what the options were to solve and repair the problem. He completed his work and he was so kind to explain all of it to me. If I have any other plumbing issues, I will call them again, it is an honest and caring company.

Like the owner said in one of the responses We're not for everyone. I guess i'm part of that select group. Couldn't get them to do a job for me. Twice in row. Started giving me info on how to do it myself. Two stars, cuz i had Micah over once and did good job replacing a faucet and shout off valves.

Like always, stuff goes out when you least expect it, like our old gas water heater. Hickman Plumbing Services was recommended by a friend. Tony came out on a Sunday, and installed our new gas water heater. What a life saver! Tony was very professional, and did an outstanding job! If your looking for a company to do a profession job, I highly recommend Hickman Plumbing Services.

Terribly rude, overall poor customer service. Would imagine you get further with honey than vinegar.
