Update: 2 weeks after my yard leak was fixed I had an upstairs sink not draining. Checked underneath and spotted multiple leaks. Michael came out the next morning, diagnosed the initial issue that caused the sink to back up (the sink shares a drain line with AC and there was a bad algae buildup) fixed the blocked, and multiple bad fittings under the sink to stop all the drips caused by bad work from previous handyman.

I highly recommend using this company.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Alex and Jason came out on an emergency call Saturday, evaluated our problem...three days later we have a new tankless water heating system in our house! These guys were top notch. They kept me informed, the whole job went quick, and they cleaned up behind themselves! We have used Rogers Plumbing for well over ten years for our residential needs. Heard a faint hissing noise in one of the bathrooms. Turned off all shutoffs, still hissing . Called Shirley at Rogers. Robert and Daniel were dispatched. Robert located the issue via the crawl space. The cracked copper line was inaccessible from below. The water closet was removed and Robert surgically removed a minimal portion of the wet wall. Repairs made in less than four hours. Robert was able to patch the wall with the cutout section. I had envisioned having to repair the wall opening myself and resetting the WC. Unless you knew the story you would not know that any repairs were done.

Patrick was on time. Clean. Very nice and helpful. Knowledgeable about the Rinnai tankless water heater. Code 10 and he cleaned it. The code went away. He informed us about flushing it annually. Definitely recommend.

Woke up this morning to find my water heater had flooded half my house. After calling several local plumbers I felt best going with CPR. Chad with CPR came out the same day and I had a new water heater an hour and a half later. He was very courteous, explained everything he was doing, and performed a quality, affordable installation. I am relieved to know I have a local plumber I can count on now. Don't hesitate to give him a call!

I had a little water leak concealed inside wall. Called various plumbers , and they were either incapable to pinpoint the hole, or excessively reluctant to cut the drywall. Woodruff Water Heat's people came, found the leak, cut the wall, and fixed the harmed pipe. They were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, honest and got the job done in time.

Had my furnace checked. I knew it was old but I am happy to know it can limp along a bit more . The tech was very pleasant and professional.

These guys always give me a decent price and always get me on their schedule quickly.Recently, they came out to unclog a sink/AC drain. Didnt quite get it all because a week later it clogged up again (even though it passed the let the sink run for a few minutes test the first time). They came back out quickly and fixed it pro bono.

I had the worst experience with this team. I called in and scheduled a 2 hour slot in the morning for next day appointment. Within 2 hours, i called in and asked whether we can reschedule 2 days after my original appointment because i was expecting a Chandelier and wanted to complete installation of the same along with other work. Also i asked whether the hourly rate would come down if the work takes more than 3 or 4 hours

The person on the phone acted like he didn't understand my request and i had to explain multiple times. He suddenly started with the abusive language and i asked him whether is this the way you treat your customer. He continued and disconnected the phone. When i followed up with an email, i got the reply stating that i used the abusive language.

I have recorded the whole conversation and it is pretty evident. I would never use their services. Let wanted the people to know.
