In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.

I had a water damage due multiple plumbing pipe issues (pipe burst and damaged pipe connectors) and it happened during worst possible time ( a day before on Christmas eve). Fantastic work by Diego on what turned out to be a complex multiday project after an undetected dishwasher hose leak. I appreciated the explanations and options I was given along the way, as well as the attention to detail. Worth noting the company does work hourly instead of doing upfront project estimates, but I definitely felt I got everything I needed done for a very good price.

In December my wife and I had our hot water heater go out, and a group from Staggs came to replace it. Which seemed to go well enough at the time, but ever since our water bill has SKYROCKETED. The first month we chalked it up to a strange coincidence since it wasn’t a full month and a few hundred over. But the month after that our bill was well over $1000. Turns out we have had some sort of leak ever since that day slowly bleeding our wallets dry. Still don’t know what the leak is even after having a different plumbing group come to fix other pipes that burst in the winter storm (which I’m also mad at them for hot checking for more leaks on the meter but that’s a separate issue). It’s extremely frustrating to have expensive bills last month, even more expensive bills coming up, and still having no idea what’s wrong other than *just now* realizing that all of our problems trace back to the day that Staggs installed our new Tankless water heater.
