I have been a Devard's customer since I bought my house back in 2000 - they handle my HVAC, electrical, and plumbing work. They are a solid, caring company, and I will remain a customer as long as I live in their service area!

Update: they will not fix at no charge. They will fix at their normal price after completing their first job (outside of the inspectors view) poorly. They will do work that breaks in 14 months and then charge full price for work that could have been done well on the front end. Would recommend working with advanced leak and line locators who were honest about the work all the way through.Original: We discovered an issue under our house impacted by a connection made when In-house plumbing replaced our sewer lines. While the majority of the work we paid for 16 months ago is still holding great, this connection under the slab is leaking ~80-90% of the water coming out of the kitchen sink following an independent plumbing test. You can visibly see the connection in the picture attached that is done incorrectly using three 90s under the slab to make the final connection to the kitchen sink. As you know this would not even be possible to clean out if an issue occurred and is leaking profusely only 14 months after the work was complete. They offered to charge for the full price of repair for their poor (if not illegal work) beware working with them.

Racist in general if your brown colored don’t bother even trying to get good business with them.

Both Cory and Jeff were truly professional. Benjamin Franklin have some great employees. Thanks for everything.

Pros:
Friendly staff. Quality work.
Cons:
- Expensive. Charges ~$80 per visit as stated over the phone. $400+ for gas leak tests. Repair would cost $800+. New unit $6000+.
- Plumber did not wear shoe covers when in the house.
- Phone message says only opens Monday to Friday.
If they had a more reasonable price, I would have given 5 stars.
I called them to come look at a malfunctioned tankless water heater. Plumber says it's broken and needed to be replaced. I was quoted $6000+. Yikes!
Before the unit can be replaced, the gas lines needed to be checked for leaks. I agreed for the $400+ gas leak test. Plumber found leaks in the lines and says repairs would be over $800 and another test would be performed to find any additional leaks/repairs.
I decided to stop there and pay the ~$480 (for the test and visit) and shopped around. Meanwhile, the plumber calls the gas company and had my gas shut off (for safety) and I was out of, not only hot water, but central heating as well for the chilly 30F-40F weekend. The gas leak was minimal, no one in the household smelled any gas at all so this took us for a surprise.
I ended up using a different company through recommendations that did the same work for half the price. <$200 for a leak test, <$700 for repairs (includes permit), and <$3000 for a new tankless water heater and they came out during the weekend to install. Everything was done to my specifications and I'm a happy camper.
If you're looking for a quality work from master plumbers, these are your guys. If you're willing to shop around and research, there are cheaper alternatives around town.
EDIT: See photo for price statement. If that charge is incorrect, feel free to refund me the correct amount.

We have used Rogers Plumbing for well over ten years for our residential needs. Heard a faint hissing noise in one of the bathrooms. Turned off all shutoffs, still hissing . Called Shirley at Rogers. Robert and Daniel were dispatched. Robert located the issue via the crawl space. The cracked copper line was inaccessible from below. The water closet was removed and Robert surgically removed a minimal portion of the wet wall. Repairs made in less than four hours. Robert was able to patch the wall with the cutout section. I had envisioned having to repair the wall opening myself and resetting the WC. Unless you knew the story you would not know that any repairs were done.
Highly recommend!!

Brent was in communication with me from the time we set the appointment and he showed up when he said he would. Quick diagnosis and fixed for a reasonable price. The home warranty people would have let us go two weeks with no hot water but Strittmatter took care of us the same day.

Jeffrey was thorough and amazing! He found the leak that another company was unable to find and completed the work in a timely manner. He had to tear up the front flower bed to fix the pipe that was leaking and you would never know he was there, he cleaned the area up so well. I would highly recommended him and he will now be our go to plumber for anything major or small. Thanks, Jeffery!

My family has used casto leak detection for the last year and half or so and have had nothing but great experiences with Brian and his team of plumbers. They found and repaired two leaks, replaced a leaking faulty water heater and a few other small repairs. Prices are great, they always call back and stand behind their work with knowledge and experience. Definitely will recommend to any and all family or friends in the area.
