Today we needed to replace an upstairs toilet after leasing our home for the last 5 years. The toilet basin had some kind of staining left by last tenant, which no cleaning product could get out. We purchased our own toilet and had their Master Plumber Gareth intall. He’s incredibly efficient, knowledgeable and excellent at troubleshooting.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with the team at Amundson Plumbing, especially Gareth pre and post tenancy because they are honest, punctual, kind and courteous. Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

These people not only are CROOKS but also DISHONEST and you should never hire them but must spread the word around. The authorities should pull their license out. No one deserves the treatment we got. I hired them on 8/7/18 to fix a leak in the outer parameter of my house. They said they fixed it and within an hour it got busted again due to lack of glue in the appropriate area; however they had plenty of glue all over outside the same pipe that had the issue which they should have replaced (see pictures attached). Tried to talk to them and I was told there was no guaranty on their work whatsoever. I left messages for the owner and anyone I could talk to so maybe I’ll have a resolution to my problem…NO ONE CARED TO CALL. This company took the check ($875.29) cashed it immediately and did not care to do anything to fix the issue. No invoice was written or provided for their work. We asked another company to fix the problem and this is what they wrote on their invoice and I quote Replace fittings that were not glued properly at customers water shut off Also gave us a one year guaranty on their work. Further they were cheaper by $200.

With all the HVAC places out there, how should one choose?? Lemme save you some time, and choose THIS place. They answered the phone right away, they were able to send a tech out the same day, and the whole experience was just very professional and A+++ quality of customer service. The tech also answered my questions and explained things to me in a way I could understand. This country was built on small to medium sized businesses flourishing and this is a PRIME example of such a business that truly does care and does a great job. I should also note that I didn’t feel overwhelmed with industry jargon or any attempts to upsell anything, which for me is a MUST. Could not have had a better experience and they have me locked in as a repeat customer.

I cannot express enough how great these guys are and how grateful we are to have such a trustworthy group fixing our home. From beginning to end, the knowledge they bring, the information they provide, the professionalism is all what we needed to hire them and see the issue through. Aaron was extremely professional and checked every inch of our home to find a very unique problem obstructing our A/C. I am very appreciative of the manager Tim for sending Aaron out to diagnose an issue that was not resolved the first visit. Outstanding company that I have now used for A/C and plumbing. They will get all my business in the future.

The job is not finished, there are parts to be replaced, they will come back for that. However as a first experience, I’m happy to say that they are very professional and knowledgeable, courteous and respectful to their customers. The service was scheduled in a fast way according to my needs. I will review again after the job gets completed.

Marco is your guy! I had a different plumber (not Marco) out a couple days ago for a 'lazy' toilet. He first replaced the equipment in the back of the tank. The toilet was not working any better, so he told me I needed to replace my toilet for $900! That new toilet would not match the sink in that room and didn't look anything like the other toilet.
Today, Marco (from Staggs) came out, diagnosed the problem in about a minute, dug out some calcification from the hole in the bottom, and my toilet works PERFECTLY!!! Marco is my new hero!!!!!

Very professional the first guy couldn't get the water outside turned off and suggested calling the city the next 2 guys fixed the problem in under an hour!
