Best Water Heaters Hot Water Heater in Plano TX

I had a leak in the water line in my front yard I originally thought was my sprinklers. By the time I found out it wasn’t, t it was 3:00 in the afternoon. When I called and told him I had to turn off my water he came right over and fixed the leak even though it took until after 6. He kept my dogs and I from having to find somewhere with water to stay for the night.

I had a little water leak concealed inside wall. Called various plumbers , and they were either incapable to pinpoint the hole, or excessively reluctant to cut the drywall. Woodruff Water Heat's people came, found the leak, cut the wall, and fixed the harmed pipe. They were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, honest and got the job done in time.

Shower handle broke off on a Sunday morning a few days before Christmas. I've replaced Moen Posi Temp cartridges a few times before and never had an issue but this one was different. The stem had broken off and the cartridge was calcified in the brass valve so I could not get the thing out after an hour of trying. Plus I had to keep our water turned off at the water main because the shower was stuck in the on position. Finally seeing that I was going to make it worse if I screwed it up I looked up plumbers and Chuck was local and highly rated. I called him and left a message and he called me back within an hour or two at the most. A few hours later he was at my house working on the issue. He worked a couple hours to get that cartridge removed without damaging the brass valve and had our shower working great again. Chuck is a great guy and did great work on a Sunday no less. I highly recommend him, you won't be disappointed.

One of my pipes burst in the wall due to the freeze. We were out of running water. I called 4 plumbers before I could find one that could come out in a few days versus weeks. They showed up on time in the snow and fixed the pipe quickly. Life-savers!

I called Anthony at Aubrey Plumbing on Monday morning about my water heater. He came out of hat afternoon and had a new water heater installed and running by 4:30 the same day. He and the other two men were professional, timely and made sure the new water heater and installation were up to new codes. I will definitely use Aubrey Plumbing for any future work.

Professional, knowledgeable, friendly got the job done and left everything clean and picked up. Roy was extremely efficient and tackled our leaky kitchen drain pipe with ferocity worked like a mad man. We were extremely pleased.

If your shower is cold these are the right guys to warm it up.

What I did not like: the plumber was in a hurry to get the job done quickly, he made it work but was did a very poor job making it look professional. Now I have to go back and redo some of it because he did such a sloppy job

Family and locally owned and operated. Had ADA toilet installed and very pleased. I thought the brass flange may need to be replaced, but Jim told me it wasn’t necessary….saved me hundreds of dollars! So appreciate working with an honest business! Highly recommend 4 Star Plumbing!

Wanted a second opinion on whether we had a leak under the foundation after fixing it. First company said we did but did not show the tank. Smith and Son came out and said we did not and showed proof. Trustworthy and professional.

i like to think I can take care of everything myself. Then the hot water heater started leaking. I got a quote from them and prayed I wouldn’t have a surprise up charge. They came and replaced the water heater fairly quickly. The girl who answered the phone was extremely helpful when i called in.
