Best Water/Sewer/Gas Line Repair And Replacements in Plano TX

Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.

My wife and I highly recommend CPR Plumbing. Previously, they helped us with rather small matters, and they were always prompt and courteous. Recently they installed a tankless water heater at our home. They were very professional. Taylor was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. He explained how everything was installed and how everything worked. When we called with follow up questions, all of our concerns were addressed. It was a great experience and we are thoroughly enjoying our new tankless water heater.

Chuck arrived on location on time, congenial and very professional. He had the expert knowledge to diagnose & repair the toilet, sink and associated fittings with all the new parts on his truck. Repaired my tankless. Didn’t try and get me to replace it but found a small glitch and fixed and saved $3000 from the last outfit. Extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in detail.

We called Tex to come out to replace a kitchen sink. The experience was a nightmare. Tex and his helper showed up on time at 8:30, but lacked the necessary materials and had to immediately leave to go to Home Depot. During the installation process it was determined that the opening for the sink would need to be enlarged. The shop vacuum did not have a filter and Tex assured me that a wet washcloth would be sufficient to collect the dust. I also need to point out that while he said my house was cool, he also had a portable fan directed at him while he worked. My entire house filled with the dust from the procedure. When the sink was still hanging on one corner, Tex took a hammer and hit the sink to knock it into the hole. The corner of the sink broke and he then made me give him the receipt so that he could return it and tell them that it came that way. He managed the return, but failed to get another sink. He told me that I should just pick out a different sink and that I didn't need the one that I wanted and had researched online. I asked him to put the old sink back until I could get the sink that I wanted. He refused and told me that unless I wanted a hole in my kitchen counter instead of a sink, then I needed to pick out something else. I settled on a different brand and a different material than the original sink I had purchased and Tex finally installed the sink. His invoice was twice the amount it should have been. We will NEVER use this company again.

I just wanted to show some appreciation and love for Armando, who came out on his day off to ensure everything went fine with the excavation contractors, and then came out again on Sunday as follow up to ensure things were fine after all the repairs were done. He gave me updates all the way, offered to explain things, and gave clear explanations for what and why things were being done.He's a champ and (un)fortunately I'm not likely to need to see him for a while. I recommend you call him so you can do the same ❤️

They came out same-day and tested my plumbing. And then because there was some time left in the hour, they changed the seal around one of my toilets that was busted. Overall very impressed with the solid, honest work.

Like the owner said in one of the responses We're not for everyone. I guess i'm part of that select group. Couldn't get them to do a job for me. Twice in row. Started giving me info on how to do it myself. Two stars, cuz i had Micah over once and did good job replacing a faucet and shout off valves.

I have used Gary’s Quality plumbing for over 8 years. Adam is trustworthy and always does an amazing job. We have a tankless water with circulatory system....also backup water tanks....also used him when we installed gas fire pits in our backyard. Always quick to respond and fairly priced. Highly recommended.
