My home warranty company originally sent out an awful company to replace my hot water heater. Speake's was recommended to me by my mother-in-law who has used them for years and I am glad I listened. I paid out of my pocket 3 times what my warranty wanted to pay but it was worth every penny. Got the brand water heater I wanted and they got it from the warehouse in 1 day which shocked me since we have a less common style tank. Communication was great, always called me back promptly and kept me informed. Roy and Quincy came out to do the install and were awesome. Super friendly guys, honest and knowledgeable. I caught myself wanting to hang out in the garage talking to them and watching them do the work cause they were so good. Super clean install, made it look better than the original install by running the t&p line better than original. I had to leave before they finished but came home to hot water and my garage cleaner than when they started. I will always use Speake's for any future plumbing needs.

I was so frustrated and tired after all my other calls either went unanswered or like the person on the other end of the phone didn’t care. Like the owner said in one of the responses We're not for everyone. I guess i'm part of that select group. Couldn't get them to do a job for me. Twice in row. Started giving me info on how to do it myself. Two stars, cuz i had Micah over once and did good job replacing a faucet and shout off valves.

Pro service came to my house to help with a plumbing issue in the kitchen. My kitchen sink wasn't draining properly causing nats/ fruit flys and they came and fixed the issue pretty fast! So good bye nats/ fruit flys 😊I highly recommend using them if you have any plumbing issues they were very efficient and very nice.
