We have used Rogers Plumbing for well over ten years for our residential needs. Heard a faint hissing noise in one of the bathrooms. Turned off all shutoffs, still hissing . Called Shirley at Rogers. Robert and Daniel were dispatched. Robert located the issue via the crawl space. The cracked copper line was inaccessible from below. The water closet was removed and Robert surgically removed a minimal portion of the wet wall. Repairs made in less than four hours. Robert was able to patch the wall with the cutout section. I had envisioned having to repair the wall opening myself and resetting the WC. Unless you knew the story you would not know that any repairs were done.

Recently both my shower faucet and shower head began to slowly leak continually after turning the shower off. Also there was some calcium & lime build-up on both the shower head and faucet. After some research I discovered that I probably needed to replace the gasket & spring kit and possibly the shower faucet cartridge. I contacted Thorough Plumbing regarding this issue and Jeffrey responded within a couple of hours even though this wasn't an emergency. Jeffrey assessed the issue and agreed that I needed a new shower gasket & spring kit to stop the leaking. As it turned out my shower system was so corroded with calcium & lime that my shower faucet / cartridge had to be cut off with a saw and totally replaced along with a new shower valve. Jeffrey was able to resolve the issue with all new shower system parts including a new shower faucet. Jeffrey was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable regarding my plumbing issue and took care of the problems within a few hours. He didn't make a big mess in or around my shower and cleaned up any and all debris that occurred while repairing the shower when the job was finished. I would highly recommend Jeffrey Baty with Thorough Plumbing for any plumbing issues as I will call him again with any future plumbing issues that come up. Thanks!

We had a leak from who knows where outside recently. AAA Auger came over right away ON A WEEKEND without an up charge , looked at the source of the leak and took care of it without any hesitation. Since it was related to our irrigation system, they were completely upfront about the possible charges that would be charged by a plumber vs. an irrigation company.

Honest plumbers, I have been thru many many plumbers and these guys were fantastic. They gave me a price and honored it. Highly recommend them for small repairs since I used them for my rental property. A+ fast and quick.

I had the worst experience with this team. I called in and scheduled a 2 hour slot in the morning for next day appointment. Within 2 hours, i called in and asked whether we can reschedule 2 days after my original appointment because i was expecting a Chandelier and wanted to complete installation of the same along with other work. Also i asked whether the hourly rate would come down if the work takes more than 3 or 4 hours

The person on the phone acted like he didn't understand my request and i had to explain multiple times. He suddenly started with the abusive language and i asked him whether is this the way you treat your customer. He continued and disconnected the phone. When i followed up with an email, i got the reply stating that i used the abusive language.

I have recorded the whole conversation and it is pretty evident. I would never use their services. Let wanted the people to know.
