He explained in detail of what the job would take to make my kitchen sink usable again, and set up for a new dishwasher to be installed. Fantastic work by Diego on what turned out to be a complex multiday project after an undetected dishwasher hose leak. I appreciated the explanations and options I was given along the way, as well as the attention to detail. Worth noting the company does work hourly instead of doing upfront project estimates, but I definitely felt I got everything I needed done for a very good price.

I have used them a couple of times and am very impressed by their service. There is always someone answering the phone and they are on time. The best thing about them is that they do not charge you until they come out and review the need repairs. That allows me to make an accurate decision on whether or not to continue without a trip charge that kind of forces you to proceed because of the sunk cost.
