The guy came to my house and ran the snake in in the clean out for about 2 minutes then my toilets started flushing again so he packed up said everything is good now just don’t flush anything other than thin toilet paper and you won’t have any issues, charged me $209 for that and left.
The very next morning my toilets stopped flushing again but luckily I had ordered a snake and it was gonna be delivered that morning, I ran it my self again in the clean out and I got so much more wipes and other stuff that should’ve been already cleaned out.
We just moved into the house and we had no idea how packed up the drains were and we’ve been very careful with it.
I’m not sure if he intentionally barely opened it so it would backup again and I would have to call him again and pay him another $209 to get it the rest of it or he just simply doesn’t care. Either way lesson learned.
Stay away and don’t waste your money.

Very prompt on scheduled arrival time, our technician Sean was so friendly. He had to replace a wax ring and flange and after removing the toilet there were more issues. Previous installers had not done it correctly, and he went above and beyond to make sure it was repaired, filled in and done the right way. He also replaced both shut off valves (which were badly corroded) for the bathrooms in the same visit. Also gave me a heads up on replacing our water heater in the next 1-2 yrs. Very fair pricing, quote given before any work was done, even appointment scheduling was done efficiently to not conflict with later appointments. Highly recommend.

Jack and his guys were a true savior!!! I had water coming from under my baseboard in the dining room (luckily was home and caught it in time to shut the water off). Austin and Matthew came the following day and were able to locate the leak in my foundation within an hour. Two days later they came back along with Jack and were able to re-route my water pipes with 4 little holes in the wall (I was thinking that they were going to have to cut sheetrock like crazy). Along the way, they discovered another issue and stayed until the problem was completely taken care of. These guys couldn't be any more professional and are the true definition of experts at what they do. There is no reason to call anybody else if you have any type of plumbing issues!!!!
