I can not say enough great things about the service of Devards. For those locally looking in the Plano area for a plumbing company that is full service and top quality, this is the one. I never really leave reviews, but I wanted to send a quick review because of the incredibly positive experience I have had with Devards Heating and Air Conditioning. The team were quick, neat, and polite. I will continue to use for years to come!

Rick was on time, went right to the problems, gave us good advice and since we have to order some replacement fixtures, we will request him for the installation. He was polite, patient with us, and considerate of our home.

Great Service. Very quick and professional.

After a roofing job which was good, a bathroom sink was plugged up. We tried varioua methods of opening the drain however nothing worked. We had used AAA Augur before had a few certificates and so went to the phone. Carla did a great job of fielding the call and within a short time Juan showed up. Went to the drain, quoted the price and I said ok. In short order the drain was opened. He cleaned up the area to spotless including the sink. We paid him; had good conversation with him as he worked and after. We appreciate a friendly experienced tech and an understanding company, particularly at my 89 years of age.

I called CPR Plumbing yesterday (non-emergency) and they replied right away and scheduled for a tech to be out here today between 1 and 5pm. Chad the tech arrived promptly at 1pm and took note of the troubleshooting I'd already done then suggested what he thought would be the best next course of action which was to snake the drain with a 75ft motorized snake. Once that was completed, he ran several tests and it appeared to have cleared the issue (washing machine drain overflowing when draining large loads). They also offered a really good price (in my opinion) and a 90 day guarantee which obviously makes me feel good about the confidence in the quality of their service.
Overall a 5/5 for me as a first time customer for CPR Plumbing and in particular of Chad and his professionalism.

Shower faucet broke and the water wouldn't shut off. Called them on Christmas Eve, and they were able to come out within 90 minutes. Repaired and cleaned up quickly with no fuss. Appreciate the hard work they put forth when other businesses were closed for the holiday.

Brent was great to work with from the start. They were attentive, easy to work with and hassle free. James was the onsite plumber and did great as well. Greatly appreciate the service, gentlemen!

Scheduled service on a Monday morning. Took off work and waited but no one ever showed up. Never got a call advising there was a delay or that they would be late. I had to get back to work. When I called Dallas Sewer Hydro Jetting Service , the guy asked me why I didn't call them to find out why they were late. After that comment, I advised I would not be using their services. To me, it showed a lack of concern which could reflect in their work, as well.

I can understand that things come up and delays are always possible. That's when you make a call to the customer to ask for a different time or explain the delay. Since there are plenty of other plumbing services available, I was able to get someone else fairly quickly.

Lots of gratitude for Tex the plumber's exceptional service. Our review is solely based on the completed outcome of the job, and we couldn't be more satisfied. Moving into an older home with two massive water heaters from a newer house with a tankless one posed a challenge. Tex was the only one who didn't show any negativity about our desire to switch to a tankless heater when I was shopping around. He efficiently guided us through the process, getting us the largest 'Navien' tankless water heater and attic plumbing rerouting. In about a week, we now have extra closets and a stunning water heater that never runs out of hot water. Thank you, Tex, for your outstanding work and a job well done!

Worse service ever after I paid Bruce 1000 for so called outdoor irrigation leak. July 21 he made a big mess, said he would come out next to clean the mess as he never showed up, once he completed work sprinkler system didn't come on as he said its not working but he fixed the leak & how he should have charged me more. I had to ask for a receipt as the receipt shows a fake website to the TX State Board. I have reported him doing bad work. He can barely bend down & work is POOR/ I told him the leak is back and he said he would come out but never showed up and claimed he couldn't come til 3 weeks bc hes booked, called his business and his wife says it out of warranty. Nothing but shotty work and 1000.00 down the drain. .
