As first time homeowners, a plumbing repair can seem really daunting but not with Jeff and Thorough Plumbing. He explained every step of the process and made sure we understood what needed to happen and what our option were. He never made us feel like we couldn’t ask questions or get a deeper explanation. He even gave us tips for calling the insurance company! I feel like we are more knowledgeable about our home since he made the repair and showed us all the spots to be aware of. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Our hot water heater is gurgling and we are concerned it will break down while we are not here. It's 13yrs old and you can't get new parts. Earl's responded quickly and informed us it truely is a matter of time before it goes out. He explained that to our landlord quickly and professionally. He has a replacement and was at the ready but unfortunately our landlord didn't agreed. I will use Earl's when we get our own home for any of ourplumbing needs. Thanks Earl's.

I called at 11am and a plumber arrived by 1pm! I was so excited to get same day service. Phantom repaired my faucet in 30 minutes and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Called Diego back to finish a tile floor install after multiple problems with Lowe's. (Word to the wise: if you're thinking of using Lowe's installation services for remodeling, don't.) Diego did a great job with the flooring and even installed the new toilet, too. I had them out a few weeks prior to work on some fascia boards and that went nicely as well. I have no reservations about recommending HomePro for any repair needs.

Tex was great to deal with. I liked that I get to deal with the master plumber/owner. Tex is knowledgeable and has lots of experience in the field. He worked with me to set a time and he was on time and was very helpful to fix our plumbing problem. Thank you!

Since Atmos does not relight gas inside we needed help with the water heater. Easy to go online and make appointments overnight

This company told me today that they could install a toilet. Well I went an purchased it and waited for them to call me in the window of time they gave me (4-6). When I did not hear anything at 5:15 I called. No one answered so I left a message. Then they called me back and said technicians are running behind can we reschedule for the morning. Well I work tomorrow so that is a real problem for me. Also, I used all my time today so I could not choose another plumber. I feel very angry with this company. They really messed up my life today.

I called them out for a gas leak I had been told I had by Atmos. They came out and responded pretty quickly and were nice.
However, without even checking for leaks it was recommended my entire gas lines needed replacing for $9,400.
I asked about testing for a leak and they told me the test will be expensive ($900) and was unnecessary because it is just going to tell them what they already know and that is I need a completely new system. In my mind I’m thinking if I’m going to spend the $9400 you say it’s going to cost for new lines, I’m going to need a little more convincing evidence.
So I called around and went with another plumber recommended by friends. The leak test was less than a quarter of what Koen quoted and they didn’t even try to tell me what was wrong or give me an estimate until they were done with their leak test.
Though the repairs were time and labor intensive, the entire system did not need to be replaced as was recommended by Koen.
I hate to give a local business such a terrible rating but I was pretty disappointed to feel ripped off by someone from my own neighborhood.

Mario went above and beyond! He patiently and clearly explained his diagnosis of the issue and then explained the recommended remedies. After he fixed the issue, he lead me through a walk-through inspection. Mario is very professional and respectful. I wish I could give him 100 stars! I highly recommend roto-rootor and Mario!
