Fantastic work by Diego on what turned out to be a complex multiday project after an undetected dishwasher hose leak. I appreciated the explanations and options I was given along the way, as well as the attention to detail. Worth noting the company does work hourly instead of doing upfront project estimates, but I definitely felt I got everything I needed done for a very good price.

I've been running into bad luck lately with plumbers in Garland. Right before Christmas I had an issue requiring a professional. Jose came out and fixed our wobbly toilet. He was on time and got the job done quickly. Before he left he had me check the work and it was done and he cleaned up after himself. Will definitely have him do work in the future.

I've used Koen twice for gas leaks. They are fast and professional and well worth the price; you really don't want to mess around with gas leaks, and I've had every confidence that they could fix the problems safely and professionally. Very polite crew, on time and efficient!

Very frustrating to deal with. I had an emergency water leak over the weekend. The first two technicians said they fixed the problem and upsold me on preventative care, but the same leak persisted, and the next technician blamed me for the leak not being fixed properly. Took multiple calls to get water restoration team to show up. Water restoration used dehumidifiers for a week while waiting for approval to continue work, then vanished. Another week has passed and I'm unable to reach anyone who can tell me if they intend to come back.

Micah was able to come out same day and address an issue with a gas control module another company claimed was faulty and needed replacement. Calling Micah’s Honest Plumbing saved me hundreds!
