When we woke up to a notice on our door that there was a gas leak and on our property thus, needing to turn off our gas, we had no idea who to call. I hopped on Nextdoor and saw reviews from other and decided to give The Plumbing Pros a try.

Let me just say, Mike did NOT disappoint! He listened, he was more than on time and came out the same day! Not only was he able to fix our issue same day, he provided really valuable information about the process when it comes to things like this. Triple Crown come out quickly each time we needed service. They were professional and reasonably priced. We have used them several times and referred family and friends that were in need of service. We had a leak and they were quickly able to find where the leakage was.I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Great service and Technician - They came out to provide a post plumbing test for a foundation repair. Rick was on time, called ahead to let me know he was on the way and did a great job! He did find a small issue not related to the the foundation and repaired it on the spot. This company was recommended to me by a family member who had used them and couldn't say enough good things. Definitely good information. I would highly recommend.

Can you find cheaper? Almost certainly...but these guys are honest, stand by their work, and are very punctual...especially in an emergency. They show you what's failing, show you the repairs, and it's done right...all with a 2 year warranty.

Brent was in communication with me from the time we set the appointment and he showed up when he said he would. Quick diagnosis and fixed for a reasonable price. The home warranty people would have let us go two weeks with no hot water but Strittmatter took care of us the same day.

I highly recommend Alberto at Lovejoy Prime Plumbing. He is an expert at what he does and he does it flawlessly. During 2020-21 he has completely redone the plumbing in 4 of our bathrooms. 2 tubs, 4 shower systems, 4 toilets, 5 sinks and moved drains. He has also replaced our leaky outdoor faucet and repaired a burst pipe. I wouldn’t call anyone else. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. He’s gone above and beyond what I would expect him to do to keep my job moving forward. (As for the recent negative review - don’t judge too harshly, this has been a rough year and you don’t know other’s circumstances.)

I had the worst experience with this team. I called in and scheduled a 2 hour slot in the morning for next day appointment. Within 2 hours, i called in and asked whether we can reschedule 2 days after my original appointment because i was expecting a Chandelier and wanted to complete installation of the same along with other work. Also i asked whether the hourly rate would come down if the work takes more than 3 or 4 hours

The person on the phone acted like he didn't understand my request and i had to explain multiple times. He suddenly started with the abusive language and i asked him whether is this the way you treat your customer. He continued and disconnected the phone. When i followed up with an email, i got the reply stating that i used the abusive language.

I have recorded the whole conversation and it is pretty evident. I would never use their services. Let wanted the people to know.

I've used Staggs Plumbing for over 30 years. They have always given exemplary service. Tony has been my service rep twice now & I appreciate his professionalism , his helpfulness & his kindness. I will certainly ask for him in the future when I need plumbing work done.
