I called Bill Amudson for a small project I needed done in my business in Plano. He got on the phone and had me send him a photo of what I needed to be done. After receiving the text he promptly called me and let me know what needed to be done and set a path to get the project complete. He came the next week and got the job done quickly and efficiently. GEM Plumbing Company in Allen, certainly has the best plumber in this area. Stan is extremely professional and detailed in his work. I have recommended him to all our friends, and they are impressed. He has worked on our toilets, faucets and hot water heater. The hot water heater was an enormous job and this was completed in a timely manner. Every experience we have had with GEM Plumbing was completed with exceptional results. His customer service is the best!

Aaron was extremely professional and checked every inch of our home to find a very unique problem obstructing our A/C. I am very appreciative of the manager Tim for sending Aaron out to diagnose an issue that was not resolved the first visit. Outstanding company that I have now used for A/C and plumbing. The job is not finished, there are parts to be replaced, they will come back for that. However as a first experience, I’m happy to say that they are very professional and knowledgeable, courteous and respectful to their customers.
