I was in a tight crunch with waking up on a Friday morning with no hot water and a leaky water heater. I found this company and called them up and they had someone out to my house SAME DAY. They came out and diagnosed what the issue was and then installed a brand new water heater for me on the same day. I had called around to other companies in the area and they were saying the earliest they could send someone out was next Tuesday. Amundson Plumbing has an extremely helpful staff, both front office as well as their technicians. Gareth was the plumber that got sent and he is the most professional, courteous person I have met in a long time. I wish everyone was that customer service oriented. Every person I had talked to were considerate of my situation and wanting to help. I could not be any happier with the service that they provided for me. Not to mention, it was a reasonable price as well. I would recommend these guys to anyone, HANDS DOWN!

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Alex and Jason came out on an emergency call Saturday, evaluated our problem...three days later we have a new tankless water heating system in our house! These guys were top notch. They kept me informed, the whole job went quick, and they cleaned up behind themselves! Our experience with In-House Plumbing spanned several weeks. All along the journey, the staff and workers were professional, patient, and responsive with all of the concerns/questions we had. Each phase of the project was explained before work began.We started when Rick came to the house to do a leak test. He did find a leak in the sewer lines and recommended an isolation test. Shawn, the owner, spent time with me on the phone going over information found on their web site related to how the isolation test would work. When the first isolation test was not as conclusive as Shawn was hoping for, he sent a crew out for a second test for further analysis. You want to be as precise as possible if you are talking about cutting a hole in the middle of your house. Once Shawn felt we had the best analysis we could get, he provided a video and diagram with multiple proposals. The detail of the information he provided was very helpful for this major decision. Shawn came to the house to review the situation personally and answer more questions. The decision was made to do a re-route of the sewer lines. We had plumbers in the yard for several days. Working through the August heat, humidity, and a 3 inch rainfall was a challenge, but they completed their tasks as quickly as possible. The following week, Shawn sent a crew to the house to ensure everything was completed based on our agreement and to our satisfaction.Because of the professionalism, attention to customer concerns, and the desire to provide quality work, we will be calling In-House Plumbing for any future plumbing needs (hoping they will only be minor ones).September 2021A couple of weeks ago we had an issue with the AC drain line being stopped up. So, we began cleaning that out and it seemed the in-ground 2-inch drain pipe was backing up. We could not see a flow of water in the clean out pipe so we began to wonder if the pipe had been connected to the re-route done by In-House Plumbing back in 2017. Made a call to them and Willy came out and checked things out. In addition, Shawn, the owner, made a special trip to the house to assess things as well. They had connected the AC drain to the re-route and Willy was able to get a full water flow into the clean out. He further explained why we probably didn't see that a couple of weeks ago. They could have stopped there, but they didn't. The drain pipe was actually below where the dirt level should be (which was part of the problem) so Willy took the time to add an extension and make sure we could still access things to keep a check on the AC drain. Shawn also made a suggestion to help isolate the area while protecting the foundation.I have had VERY GOOD experiences with In-House Plumbing from talking with the ladies in the front office to the professionals who come to the house to do work. I absolutely would give them 5-stars.

Don’t even bother to call these people, they are even so rude over the phone and when you need an emergency they don’t even help you, they say they will but they make you waste your time, time you can spend looking for a real service plumbing company.

We have used Rogers Plumbing for well over ten years for our residential needs. Heard a faint hissing noise in one of the bathrooms. Turned off all shutoffs, still hissing . Called Shirley at Rogers. Robert and Daniel were dispatched. Robert located the issue via the crawl space. The cracked copper line was inaccessible from below. The water closet was removed and Robert surgically removed a minimal portion of the wet wall. Repairs made in less than four hours. Robert was able to patch the wall with the cutout section. I had envisioned having to repair the wall opening myself and resetting the WC. Unless you knew the story you would not know that any repairs were done.

Superb plumbing service by Derek W. Identified problem quickly. What we thought was small outdoor water leak turned into a bigger problem. $2.6k + 5 yr warranty for waterline replacement--expensive but necessary and recommended by Derek. Only hiccups were suffering one night without water and no scheduled time notifications for digging/backfilling teams. Prompted me to call the office 3-4 times and ended up talking to the owner/founder (Randy) for exact time for backfilling our trench.

Anyway, good company--loved their online scheduling and overall service. I will be a repeat customer.
