Mike was the best plumber! I had another plumbing company come out 4 times that couldn’t fix my issue. Mike came out and had it fixed in an hour. He was so nice, knowledgeable, and he explained everything to me. I will never use another plumber after this great experience.

Great plumbers, real people who care. During the big freeze of 2021 (February) they prioritized their clients based on severity, and worked late hours to get me a replacement water heater when they were super hard to find in Texas. I'll be using their services again, I'm sure of it.

After foundation repair in my house ,dirty water from washing machine was coming out through kitchen sink and water leaking in garage floor to the alley.Two different plumbing company was not be able to fix a problem . I call another large company, but they made appointment for me for next week . I tried to call Triple Crown that afternoon, they came in the next two hours. That day was very cold and already dark outside, but they went on the roof with camera and had not left until 8pm that day until determine reason. My piping system underneath my house was damaged and need to be re-routed, also water heater in garage was leaking. All work was completed in a week: rerouting and water heater changed. I want to thank everyone of you, who dig tranches and re-piping in very cold weather. You have done an excellent job. I'm so happy, everything is back to normal. Just want for you to know, that you are appreciated

We are completely satisfied with the foundation leak repair done by In-House Plumbing - from the first contact with them to the conclusion of the repair. Every person was cordial and professional. They were punctual with appointments and very careful in protecting our home during the foundation entry--covering carpet, furniture, etc. We hope we don't need this kind of foundation leak repair again, but if we do, we will call In-House. We recommend them without reservation.

Jeff did a very professional job resetting a toilet, reconnecting a stove gas line and reconnecting a refrigerator water line. We elected not to replace a faucet due to $390 labor estimate for installation.

I've used Rodgers Plumbing for years now. They really came to the rescue this morning when I had a hard to get to leak under the house. There was lots of water and was a hard to get to spot to repair. They fixed it timely at a reasonable price.

Brent was in communication with me from the time we set the appointment and he showed up when he said he would. Quick diagnosis and fixed for a reasonable price. The home warranty people would have let us go two weeks with no hot water but Strittmatter took care of us the same day.

We are happy we chose 1st Plumber Allen TX because of their exceptional communication abilities, promptness, and honesty. I was very satisfied and would utilize them again if I had any plumbing problems!

They are very bad with communication maybe it was just in our experience but they ended up charging us a trip fee because we couldn’t hear them knocking on our front door. Then we got a text from them saying they’re leaving and charging a trip fee. Why couldn’t they just text us/call us saying they’re outside in the first place?

Technician #68 Juan showed up at my front door just in time! I was completely exhausted from dipping water out of my clogged sinks in the kitchen. I told him I was losing the battle and he said he was here to win the war. He had a great sense of humor and a big smile. He did a wonderful job of unclogging the sinks in very little time. During which he gave me some hints about what NOT to put in my garbage disposal. He also told me how to maintain my sinks so I would not need his services for the same issue again. He completely cleaned up the area he worked on, leaving it much cleaner than when he found it. The best thing however was the bill. It was less than he originally told me. I now have a new plumbing company and one I will be happy to tell my friends about!
