Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

We had a emergency after 5pm, Triple Crown answered my call, listened to my emergency; and told me they would send a plumber before 7pm. I received a text that my plumber would arrive shortly. Even though our problem required specific parts they didn't have on the truck; and it was running late; I figured they would try to upsell me and do a major repair. NO these guys came up with a plan, and one drove to the local Home depot. With no luck, they contacted me, told me the situation; and promised they would arrive early next morning. They arrived that next morning, no additional costs, did more then I asked for, and left me feeling satisfied that the repair was solid and complete. I will defiantly recommend this company to all.

Chris arrived on time. Quick service. Have me all of my options and didn't try to over-service to cost me more money. They will absolutely be my first call for any plumbing issues

Stan and his son came out and replaced our Garbage Disposal and a washer on the back faucet which was causing our faucet to drip all day.all night. In and out in under an hour. Highly recommend!

We have used Rogers Plumbing for well over ten years for our residential needs. Heard a faint hissing noise in one of the bathrooms. Turned off all shutoffs, still hissing . Called Shirley at Rogers. Robert and Daniel were dispatched. Robert located the issue via the crawl space. The cracked copper line was inaccessible from below. The water closet was removed and Robert surgically removed a minimal portion of the wet wall. Repairs made in less than four hours. Robert was able to patch the wall with the cutout section. I had envisioned having to repair the wall opening myself and resetting the WC. Unless you knew the story you would not know that any repairs were done.

Aaron was extremely professional and checked every inch of our home to find a very unique problem obstructing our A/C. Ryan and his assistant(sorry, can't remember his name) did a great job. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They kept us up to date on the progress. Everything is working and we are pleased.

I have used Best Quality Plumbing on multiple occasions. On each occasion Dozie provided quality work at a reasonable price. I’ve had three bathroom faucets installed , as well as two outside faucets. This work was done on different occasions and each time he was very thorough with his work, he’s never rushed through a job, he took the time to make sure that everything was superior. He was very courteous and cautious to his surroundings and had respect for my home as well as respect for me. I would recommend him for any plumbing need that anyone my have, if they desire professional services and supreme work!

It was near the end of the business but there was a technician available to take my emergent call for service. Jason was absolutely amazing. Kind, professional and quick! Jason also took the time to show me some pertinent things about my home that I did not know. I appreciate Jason and the quality of his workmenship.

Came out and replaced my PRV at my home, service repairman showed up on time was clean cut and explained what he was going to do, about two hours after arriving he let me know he was done. Repair was done precisely to my expectations and price was fair. I would highly recommend.
