He explained in detail of what the job would take to make my kitchen sink usable again, and set up for a new dishwasher to be installed. I have worked in the past 50 years with several plumbing company's. However, i have never had the follow up and service that I experienced today. The repair today took about four hours and the price point for what they fixed was outstanding. I will never reach out to another plumbing company now that I have had such a wonderful experience.

Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Water Heater gave up this winter after 10 years of service. I scrambled to find a Plumbing service to avoid cold water. Found Gem Plumbing and placed the call. They were very responsive and scheduled the service for next day. Stan and and his help arrived on time. Looked at the unit and it needed replacement due to internal leak. They went and got the new unit, and the heater was up running within few hours. They explained all the components in the heater. Learned much more about water heater.

I've used Rodgers Plumbing for years now. They really came to the rescue this morning when I had a hard to get to leak under the house. There was lots of water and was a hard to get to spot to repair. They fixed it timely at a reasonable price.

Jeff was indeed thorough in investigating my leak. I had wet carpet in back downstairs room with no apparent water source, so I was afraid it was a slab leak under the floor. After looking everything over, he determined it to be toilet seal leak where water traveled to where we are having issues. Minimal opening into sheet rock to confirm and photos to prove the point all a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him.

I am so thankful I found the website and phone number for AAA Auger in Dallas! I highly recommend them! I was needing to find a really good and thorough plumber that would not give up and could get this sewer line clear again, because I had already paid 2 other plumbers that couldn't get it done, sadly. This was rental property with tenants with only one bathroom and that makes life very difficult when nothing works in your bathroom! This needed to get fixed fast!
