Had an emergency and the service was quick and great! It was an after hours call. I was nervous. I was surprised to open the door to a friendly face with a smile. Reassured me and answered all my questions. Have already started planning future projects.

I have worked in the past 50 years with several plumbing company's. However, i have never had the follow up and service that I experienced today. The repair today took about four hours and the price point for what they fixed was outstanding. I will never reach out to another plumbing company now that I have had such a wonderful experience.

good honest pricing and they got the job done in no time at all. I called them late on a fri evening as my water heater was leaking and they were out around an hour and a half later with a brand new water heater. I will defo use these guys again in the future

Can't say enough about the great job Farest, Carlos and his team did replacing our 2 original units. They took the time to evaluate our current units and made several changes to improve the design and performance by adding plenums to both new units and changing out several ducts that were either under or over-sized. They even moved one unit to another area of my attic that will allow better performance and easier access for future maintenance. After all the work was complete, they left our home and attics very clean. Devard's is a great example of a smaller, well-managed mechanical service company that provides great service and attention to detail.

Very impressed with initial visit for a free 2nd opinion estimate given by Chris. Everything from initial phone call with Brittany, to the visit, to the estimate was all positive and explained in detail and was very professional. They beat the price of the other plumbing company, but their prompt communication and professionalism sold me before I even got their estimate. They are doing a total rerouting on an old house that has had many foundation leaks, and they could do it tomorrow PTL!Update:In-House completed the project and I had a very good experience all the way through. They took care of all problems that arose. Communicated well, prompt, and took care of a few problems we weren't every aware of. Felt very comfortable and pleased working with them through the whole process. Continuing to give them a 5 star. Thanks guys!

Its Annie and I am not a paid spokes person but a very satisfied customer of Gem. They have worked for us for years. They are reasonably priced, and always arrive on time and prepared. They are trustworthy and really nice people and I have recommended them many times. They have solved all of our plumbing needs in our home for many years.

Kind and personable - straight forward - explained the problems in easy terms and the solutions. Prices were very reasonable. He even adjusted my toilet for free just because I asked.
The breakdown of the estimate was amazing - it broke down the 3 issues I had separately and clearly and provided a clear price for each, allowing us to decide which we wanted and easily see how much it would be.
