Where do I start with this company. When we first moved into our home Feb 2018 Bill came to the house to do some repairs and also gave me many helpful hints. Then came the major freeze of 2021. We had 6 pipes burst. Bill sent his team and they helped us so much by fixing all the pipes. Then came yesterday our pipes busted again and I called their number in such a panic. The lady remained calm and his team came but this time only 2 pipes broke. They are so nice, so helpful, so patient, overall just good people. Use this company you won’t regret it.

Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Great Job! Very professional company. They tunneled completely under my house to replace the pipes. They showed real concern for the customer and they were very conscience about keeping everything as clean as possible especially when we had the rain storm that turned everything into mud. We used Rodgers Plumbing for home drain cleaning and installation of new washing machine valves. The plumbers were prompt, professional and courteous. Their work was high quality and their pricing was fair. I'll be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Brent was in communication with me from the time we set the appointment and he showed up when he said he would. Quick diagnosis and fixed for a reasonable price. The home warranty people would have let us go two weeks with no hot water but Strittmatter took care of us the same day.

Excellent service, City tried to pass the buck and claim it wasn't their issue and to get a plumber. Thorough Plumbing came out examined everything, pointed out exactly where the issue was(City side of water meter) and then even called the city back on our behalf to get them back out to fix it. Couldn't ask for better service!

I had a good experience with Sapphire last year. Unfortunately, when I contacted them regarding the same problem that happened 6 months after repair, they stopped responding to my voicemails or messages.

Update: The work was started per management company request and continued as an individual owner order. They should still respond to multiple messages from someone who had business with them before
