The service call was supposed to be $69, but once the plumber showed up he said it was an additional $99 just to look at water heater and $139 just to look at disposal, so total service call was really about $300. Then when I called the GM to complain, he cussed me out for even calling and complaining. Would love a call from the owner of this company because he should know what is happening behind the scenes.

In-House Plumbing performed a leak test, leak location test and subsequent repair of 3 sewer leaks. Their prices were reasonable and they were quick to come out to start the repair. What really impressed me was the customer service. Chris answered many questions throughout the process. They never let much time go by before they returned a call to set up an appointment or answer a question.The plumbers informed us along the way what they were doing and what they found. They seemed very knowledgeable. They were also able to avoid going in through the floor to do any repairs.I was very happy with the service provided.

We have used Rogers Plumbing for well over ten years for our residential needs. Heard a faint hissing noise in one of the bathrooms. Turned off all shutoffs, still hissing . Called Shirley at Rogers. Robert and Daniel were dispatched. Robert located the issue via the crawl space. The cracked copper line was inaccessible from below. The water closet was removed and Robert surgically removed a minimal portion of the wet wall. Repairs made in less than four hours. Robert was able to patch the wall with the cutout section. I had envisioned having to repair the wall opening myself and resetting the WC. Unless you knew the story you would not know that any repairs were done.

The pipe from the main into the house was leaking substantially. It needed to be fixed quickly. Jeff from Thorough was able to schedule an emergency repair call. He arrived around 6:30PM and worked on the repair until midnight. He did a great job on the repair and kept the size of the whole in the front yard as small as possible. I would highly recommend Thorough for any of your plumbing needs.

Casto Leak Detection did a fantastic job detecting my slab leak. Extremely professional, thorough, and responsive with reasonable rates. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable plumber with expertise in finding slab leaks.

They are very bad with communication maybe it was just in our experience but they ended up charging us a trip fee because we couldn’t hear them knocking on our front door. Then we got a text from them saying they’re leaving and charging a trip fee. Why couldn’t they just text us/call us saying they’re outside in the first place?

Good Plumbers, know there stuff.

After getting 2 estimates for a main water line replacement (big leak), I called O’Bryan because they had very good reviews. They not only said they could do the work the next morning at 8AM but they matched my lowest estimate. The three man crew showed up right on time, were extremely professional and worked hard all day in the 109 degree heat! The follow up was good as well. I highly recommend based on my experience.

Called Diego back to finish a tile floor install after multiple problems with Lowe's. (Word to the wise: if you're thinking of using Lowe's installation services for remodeling, don't.) Diego did a great job with the flooring and even installed the new toilet, too. I had them out a few weeks prior to work on some fascia boards and that went nicely as well. I have no reservations about recommending HomePro for any repair needs.

I called at 5:52 PM and no one answered. Maybe it's not 24 hours.

THIS IS THE WORST PLUMBING COMPANY I EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH, THEY ARE THIEVES. THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME THE PHONE NUMBER OF THE PERSON THAT CAME TO DO THE WORK. CHARGED ME $175.00 FOR 15 MINUTES OF WORK SAYING THAT WOULD BE PART OF THE TOTAL.
