I had Amundson come out to install a misting system. In less than 8 months one of their press fitting decoupled. Press fittings if done properly should last years.

Amundson refused to come and fix it. They do not stand behind their work. If considering a plumber, go with an outfit that will stand behind their work or better yet do it right the first time.

Richard was amazing, friendly and on time. I appreciate his honesty with our situation that we were having. The issues with our plumbing was able to quickly identified and he had a team out to fix it the next day. Thank you Richard!!!!

I cannot say enough of the excellent job In House Plumbing Co. has done on the slab leak in our house. It was a hard-to-find leak under the slab. They painstakingly detected and fixed it.They went out of their way to fix the leak, and yet, did not charge us a cent more for their extra time and effort.This is a company that truly puts Customers First.Thank you, In House!Thank you, Shawn!

Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.

Property Management Company sent them out. They never gave us an estimated time they would be out, showed up at 6:11pm. My husband had to chase the guy down the street for him to tell him, his boss said he can't do it. Plumber never came to the door or inside the residence to even assess the problem. Very unprofessional. Apparently they are not a full service plumbing company.

Do not work with them if they are contracted by Home Warranty Company. All they care about is if they will get paid through the home warranty, and they make that pretty obvious. If you leave a message, they will not call back. If you can get someone on the phone, they say they will do research, ask the tech who came out, or see if they can get paid through home warranty company, but never call you back. I waited several days for them to contact the home warranty company so I could move forward with my claim, they never contacted the home warranty company because they had no financial incentive to follow-up.

Ryan and his assistant(sorry, can't remember his name) did a great job. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They kept us up to date on the progress. Everything is working and we are pleased.

Fantastic work by Diego on what turned out to be a complex multiday project after an undetected dishwasher hose leak. I appreciated the explanations and options I was given along the way, as well as the attention to detail. Worth noting the company does work hourly instead of doing upfront project estimates, but I definitely felt I got everything I needed done for a very good price.

Working with this plumbing contractor was a pleasure. Their professionalism and expertise were evident in every aspect of the job. From the initial assessment to the completion of the project, the contractor provided reliable and efficient plumbing solutions, leaving us completely satisfied.

Started in July by calling American Home Shield and opening dispatch 249721728 regarding toilet leak. They were assigned the job. Told me they would have to order a part as home depot doesn't carry it for specific toilet model. Never received a call. Call them several times to be told a technician would be calling and never received a call back. Going on 2 months, i'm forced to hire another plumber. AHS has added them to my do-not-use list.
