Saying they are the best plumbing company I've ever dealt with is an understatement. They stuck to their original bid, even though they put in extra work. Highly recommend these folks.

Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

I called the place who installed my AC six years ago. The tech said my condenser was out along with some other stuff which came out to 4K. I called Devard’s to get a second opinion. They said the condenser probably was fine and fixed my AC for 525. I now have a new go to AC repair company. I’ll definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Sewer Line replacement is not a project you look forward to as a home owner. But In-House Plumbing made the experience painless. We got bids from four other companies and are glad we chose In-House. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and expertise started when we initially met with them for a quote. It then extended to the work crew. They were communicative, professional, and considerate. I literally felt like they were looking after our home and best interests during the process. My positive impression of them continued to grow during the clean up. They left no stone unturned during their cleanup, even hosing the sidewalks. I've used Rodgers Plumbing for years now. They really came to the rescue this morning when I had a hard to get to leak under the house. There was lots of water and was a hard to get to spot to repair. They fixed it timely at a reasonable price.

Aaron was great! He took time to thoroughly diagnose potential problems, explain everything he found, and walk us through what needed to be done prospectively. Pricing very reasonable also. Overall great experience!

I am so happy with this company and the plumber. He did an excellent job and the price was great. He also gave me information about the old pipes to my bathtub and gave me an estimate to replace them so the problem wouldn’t happen again. It seems like a very reasonable estimate. Fantastic work by Diego on what turned out to be a complex multiday project after an undetected dishwasher hose leak. I appreciated the explanations and options I was given along the way, as well as the attention to detail. Worth noting the company does work hourly instead of doing upfront project estimates, but I definitely felt I got everything I needed done for a very good price.
