We have a dual water heater configuration plumbed in sequence in our attic. One of our water heaters went out. The guys came out immediately to assess the situation and made a plan to replace the faulty unit while improving the overall configuration. The cost was reasonable and the execution was outstanding. A great group of guys! Highly recommended.

DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND OFFER YOU NO CHANCE OF GETTING IT BACK. THEY ARE STEALING FROM PEOPLE. I placed a deposit with them for work and canceled it 10 min later ($2000). They told me no problem on the phone and after 5 days of waiting for a refund they told me that they would not refund my money. This is flat out highway robbery. I more than understand if the work had been started or parts had been ordered. But the fact that they would not even consider refunding me and now showing me the terms of the contract is egregious. They need to be reported. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM.

We recently hired In-House Plumbing & Services to fix a problem we had with the drainage on our washer. This company has the best employees, and the pipes were fixed in such a timely manner! If we ever have any issues, I will definitely use this company again... and recommend them as well!

Long story short....outdoor faucet failed and started gushing water both outside and inside the wall. Called and spoke with Shannon and explained the situation and she was able to get us taken care of the same day (which was amazing especially as several other plumbing companies said it would be several days before they could come and fix).

Jeff got here quickly and was able to explain what happened and what needed to be done to fix it in very simple terms that made it easy to follow and feel confident that it was being taken care of correctly.

In our case, it was a manufacturers defect and Jeff gave us pictures and a write up that will help us get a reimbursement from the manufacture.

Need a plumber, give them a call!

Mr. Landry did a great job of repairing a broken water line at the meter. We received same day service at a reasonable price.

After getting 2 estimates for a main water line replacement (big leak), I called O’Bryan because they had very good reviews. They not only said they could do the work the next morning at 8AM but they matched my lowest estimate. The three man crew showed up right on time, were extremely professional and worked hard all day in the 109 degree heat! The follow up was good as well. I highly recommend based on my experience.

If I could give zero stars, I would! They normally charge a $79 service call fee and we were willing to pay $145 for them to come out immediately. I had told them on the phone that there was water running under the house. When the “plumber” got here, he was not willing to go 4 feet under the house to assess the problem! He stood there saying, “ I’m not going under the house”, and did absolutely NOTHING, yet still expected to get paid! Do NOT use this company! They will try to scam you out of money without doing the work!

I have an old house that needs lots of repairs. I decided to work on one thing at a time until a bathroom roof started dripping constantly. I called YB Plumbing, and Mark and Matt came out that evening within a few minutes the pinhole was found and then repaired. I had previously been quoted 6,000 to repipe the entire house. Mark informed me that nothing was wrong with my copper pipes. I then asked for a quote to make repairs to the showers. It was not cheap, but it was in line with what other companies were charging (I checked the average prices for Houston area online). The next day the work was completed. I liked how he explained what he was doing. I could tell that he enjoys his work, and it is important to him to do the job right. I will be using YB Plumbing again in the near future...and yes I will request Mark to do the next job

Welcome to Dallas Hard Freeze/Snow Storm!! Feb 2021.

Water leaked into the house, I quickly shut off the main. Then the hunt for a plumber started found Ricky; he came to find the leak (Busted Outdoor Water tankless heater), and through the pipe, the water came inside the home. He told me he could order, or I can order ASAP or call for a Warranty. I did order, and luckily I found one in Georgia and came in time. . I called him again, he came to my home on a Sunday and replaced the unit and resealed the pipe.

I highly recommend Ricky. He is honest and a genuine guy.

Via my home warranty company, I had another company come out 3 different times. At-Ease Plumbing came out and quickly (and at a reasonable price) resolved what the other company didn't want to. The employee contacted me on time to let me know he would be a little late, called with ample time for me to get home when he was on the way, worked quickly, checked everything several times until he was satisfied, cleaned up after himself, and was very polite and respectful. This was my first time using At-Ease plumbing and I will continue to use them in the future if this is the quality of work I can expect from them.

We called Tex to come out to replace a kitchen sink. The experience was a nightmare. Tex and his helper showed up on time at 8:30, but lacked the necessary materials and had to immediately leave to go to Home Depot. During the installation process it was determined that the opening for the sink would need to be enlarged. The shop vacuum did not have a filter and Tex assured me that a wet washcloth would be sufficient to collect the dust. I also need to point out that while he said my house was cool, he also had a portable fan directed at him while he worked. My entire house filled with the dust from the procedure. When the sink was still hanging on one corner, Tex took a hammer and hit the sink to knock it into the hole. The corner of the sink broke and he then made me give him the receipt so that he could return it and tell them that it came that way. He managed the return, but failed to get another sink. He told me that I should just pick out a different sink and that I didn't need the one that I wanted and had researched online. I asked him to put the old sink back until I could get the sink that I wanted. He refused and told me that unless I wanted a hole in my kitchen counter instead of a sink, then I needed to pick out something else. I settled on a different brand and a different material than the original sink I had purchased and Tex finally installed the sink. His invoice was twice the amount it should have been. We will NEVER use this company again.

What a relaxing experience. From begining to end there was great communication and excellent customer service. Master plumber Bruce engineered and delivered the solution for our sewer line replacement project and provided invaulable advise on options so I could make the best decisions. Bruce was on time, kept my project on schedule, and explained all the work that would be performed. The work performed exceeded my expectations and delivered at a fair price. I will recommend QHR Leak and Line to all my friends and associates.

Responded in a timely fashion, fixed the kitchen sink drain issue to our satisfaction. Good job. Personally felt that they are a little pricey but am not sure in this post Covid onflation era what one can expect.
