I was going to use Amundson Plumbing as they were highly recommended from a co-worker. As C.K. said in the previous review, the owner Jamie is difficult to work with. After several days of trying to set up an appointment, I just went with a different company. Jamie was not responsive and made excuses when a plumber did not show up on a Thursday, after I sent an e-mail with the dates I was available, per her request. She then finally got back with me on the following Monday saying I never sent her my address which is why she did not send out a plumber on Thursday. However, I had and forwarded her my sent time/ date stamp. It was then my fault again she did not get it because I should have called to set up the appointment and not have e-mailed her even though almost all our previous correspondence had been via e-mail. They may have a great plumbing staff, however; I will never know since I could not even get an appointment set up through Jamie who was not very professional or responsive.

Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

DNA Plumbing is a life saver!! I had a pipe burst from the freeze. Everyone I called wanted to either charge me $500 + just to come out or they were booked for 2+ weeks. Even the city said I would have to wait 2 weeks since the line was so long. I was referred to DNA by a friend and they answered the phone on the first ring. They were able to book me ASAP and found the problem immediately! I can't say enough about these guys! Thank you!

We were assisting my neighbor who had backing up of sewer line. She is older and had difficulty communicating with her strong accent. Alfred included us in all of his communication with her, arrived out the same day we called, put her on an emergency list, and completed the work the next day. She is pleased and so are we. Bonus, it was $2000 cheaper than than the other guy.

I was very surprised by the level of service and timeliness of both Brenda and Rick. Brenda helped schedule our initial appointment and she was very knowledgeable about the services offered, policies and next steps. She understood the urgency of my need so when she had a cancellation she contacted me multiple times to make sure I was aware of the earlier appointment availability. Rick was very polite, on time and thorough when discussing next steps with me. He also made me feel very comfortable given that he was testing the plumbing around my home while my husband was not here. Each time I had questions and called their main number- even if I left a voicemail, they were very prompt to get back with me (usually within 1 hour or less). I would highly recommend In-House Plumbing.

I have known this family for many many years and Stan came to my home with his son Chase and helped me out of a bind on two different occasions once on his weekend where plumbers usually don't take your calls!! Very genuine & knowledgeable. I will always trust him with my plumbing needs!

I had a water supply valve leak under the kitchen sink at about 7:00 pm that wouldn’t quit and I was unable to shut off the main water supply due to the new plates they have on the meters. I called A-Rod and they had a plumber here in 30 minutes. He got the job done quickly and for a very reasonable price. This is my go-to plumber from now on!

Michael was an absolute joy. The company returned for a second time due to how extensive our problem was. My house is 45 yrs old and U have lived here 33 years. There have been intermittent plumbing issues for a long time. I hope they are finally resolved.

We used Rodgers Plumbing for home drain cleaning and installation of new washing machine valves. The plumbers were prompt, professional and courteous. Their work was high quality and their pricing was fair. I'll be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Aaron was great! He took time to thoroughly diagnose potential problems, explain everything he found, and walk us through what needed to be done prospectively. Pricing very reasonable also. Overall great experience!

I was referred to Alberto at Lovejoy Prime Plumbing by a general contractor. I needed plumbing repaired at my medical clinic. Alberto initially spoke to the contractor and stated that he would be happy to help. I called him twice and texted him 3 times over a four day period and Alberto never responded. This resulted in additional damage to my clinic’s bathroom facilities. I would not recommend Alberto or this company under any circumstances. Truly amazing that he has been able to stay in business with such unprofessional practices. Disappointing, to say the least. Do not count on Lovejoy Prime Plumbing in an emergency, as it will not end well!

Had an issue with a toilet on the weekend. They came out, diagnosed and fixed the issue. Timely, friendly, professional and very reasonable considering it was a Sunday. There was no extra fee for the weekend. The technician was simply fantastic. Would definitely hire them again!

Jeff was friendly and professional. The price was great and the job did not take him long at all. He also left the area very neat and clean when the job was completed. I will definitely be using him again!

Fantastic work by Diego on what turned out to be a complex multiday project after an undetected dishwasher hose leak. I appreciated the explanations and options I was given along the way, as well as the attention to detail. Worth noting the company does work hourly instead of doing upfront project estimates, but I definitely felt I got everything I needed done for a very good price.
