My wife and I have used Stan on numerous occasions. He and his team have always been great. One time I put in my plumbing in my shower, a few years latter my solder work let go, and the wall flooded. He and his crew rescued me on that job. We have a slab house build in 1988, twice piping below the slab broke and he had a crew tunnel under the house on one occasion to fix the repair. We tore out our master bath, Stan and his crew put in our new garden tub and new drain line and shower pan. Top notch work and you never have to worry about his work. Back in 2004 we put in a new 4 ton A/C in the attic. The drain line that takes the condensate down the shower wall and into the P-trap of the tub drain...the PVC piping in the wall came apart. The original A/C installer from 1988 twist fitted the PVC coupling with no glue. Stan and his team opened up the wall and put it back as it should be. No concerns ever with GEM Plumbing.

I woke up to a fast leaking water heater and called one plumbing company. They told us they could not get to us for 3-4 days. I called 1st Plumber Allen TX and they were able to make it out within 2 hours. Their plumber was very informative and went over several options. He answered my questions and even explained what happened and what he will have to do, thoroughly, before he began to work. Service was prompt and pleasant. I would recommend them based off my experience.

From the first contact with CPR to the follow-up after our issue was fixed, CPR Plumbing was amazing. We had an issue Sunday night in our kitchen sink. We had baking to do all day in preparation for the holiday as well as guests arriving Wednesday - the timing could not have been worse!
But CPR Plumbing responded right away Sunday night and made an appointment with a time frame, responding by text within 20 minutes. I also got a message the next day via email and facebook. Then I got a text when they were on their way.
Then fixed the issue within 30 minutes and were so professional. Showed up masked and gloved as well which made me feel comfortable about them being in our home.

I had a hot mess! Literally! Hot water pipe gave under the house. Aaron came to the rescue and got it fixed within a day. Very polite and professional. Most of all, he was honest. Thanks Aaron!

My hot water heater was gushing hot water and my outside faucet was not functioning, Chuck came out within 30 minutes and was extremely knowledgeable and professional and fixed both issues while providing detailed explanation for why the issues were happening.

Al and his team helped me replace a water heater. They were extremely helpful navigating issues with my home warranty company, notified me with any updates and were always willing to accommodate any of my requests. The guys showed up on time, went over everything that they were doing with me + gave me some helpful tips. Highly recommended.

I called at 11am and a plumber arrived by 1pm! I was so excited to get same day service. Phantom repaired my faucet in 30 minutes and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Called Diego back to finish a tile floor install after multiple problems with Lowe's. (Word to the wise: if you're thinking of using Lowe's installation services for remodeling, don't.) Diego did a great job with the flooring and even installed the new toilet, too. I had them out a few weeks prior to work on some fascia boards and that went nicely as well. I have no reservations about recommending HomePro for any repair needs.
