Likely not the first time anyone has ever heard of this, but the homeowner (me!) attempted to disconnect a few faucets ahead of new bathroom countertop installation the next day. Lo and behold, the water shut off valves were so old that they began to leak. Soooo, I found Amundson Plumbing and they were able to send a crew to fix my leak and disconnect my faucets. Better yet, their rates were very reasonable. After the countertop job was completed, they came back out the next day to install the faucets. There was a slight issue with the drain pipe that was addressed under warranty immediately, so I don't have any complaints. These folks are reliable, on-time and reasonably priced, kuddos.

Steve and his team were great! Very professional. It was refreshing to work with a group that took the time to explain what they were doing all along the way.

Stan is fantastic to work with! We called after 5 when we realized our situation seemed like more of an emergency than we realized. We’d booked another plumber minutes before 5 but the phone just rang when we called back. Stan didn’t have to but he took time to talk through the scenario with my husband and was out the next day with his son to fix a broken flange and install a toilet for us. Would definitely hire them again and recommend others use them. Reputable and down to earth plumbers!

Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.

I needed the plumbing leak detection test due to part of the house/foundation had lifted by 1 inch. Jeff was ontime, walked me through the process and what each step entails. I shadowed him during the test and he took time to explain me what he was doing. There was no leak detected and he walked around the house and pointed me to what could be the possible causes e.g. over watering, leak in the gutter close to the suspect area of the house. I highly recommend Jeff for any plumbing needs.

Jason was very professional and accommodating. He educated me on the issues and explained the reasons for his recommendations. He pursued the warranty process with the manufacturer, and I ended up with a credit.
The cost was reasonable and the job was done within a day.

I have used Best Quality Plumbing for several years now for everything from replacing toilets, a garbage disposal, a water heater & repairing a plumbing leak. Chuck goes above and beyond to provide great service. I discovered my water heater leaking on New Year’s Eve and put in a call to Chuck expecting he’d have to come after the holiday. He came over within minutes to turn off water & power to the heater to stop the leak. He had to leave as he had a funeral to attend but returned on New Year’s Day to remove the water heater to find the leak. He always takes time to answer any questions I have and does a great job for a fair price. I wouldn’t use anyone else & highly recommend him.

Al and his team helped me replace a water heater. They were extremely helpful navigating issues with my home warranty company, notified me with any updates and were always willing to accommodate any of my requests. The guys showed up on time, went over everything that they were doing with me + gave me some helpful tips. Highly recommended.

I called at 11am and a plumber arrived by 1pm! I was so excited to get same day service. Phantom repaired my faucet in 30 minutes and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

We called six other places before calling Aubrey Plumbing. Not only did they come out to fix the blockage in our sewage line from roots in the same day, but they were here earlier than promised and finished the work in short order. Anthony also recommended other services to help us avoid a major problem in the future. I am very impressed by the professionalism and quality of work, and I will call them for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

Worse service ever after I paid Bruce 1000 for so called outdoor irrigation leak. July 21 he made a big mess, said he would come out next to clean the mess as he never showed up, once he completed work sprinkler system didn't come on as he said its not working but he fixed the leak & how he should have charged me more. I had to ask for a receipt as the receipt shows a fake website to the TX State Board. I have reported him doing bad work. He can barely bend down & work is POOR/ I told him the leak is back and he said he would come out but never showed up and claimed he couldn't come til 3 weeks bc hes booked, called his business and his wife says it out of warranty. Nothing but shotty work and 1000.00 down the drain. .
