Charged $500 to spend 30 minutes at house checking for gas leaks. Admitted they were only able to check 50% of line. When asked for refund of 50% since they checked only 50% of line, they refused. HOWEVER, offered to take the entire $500 fee off the $9000 quote to put in all new gas lines. YES, that does read $9000. I would never use this company for anything.

It was a great experience to get in touch with the in-house plumbing Company on my side with a really difficult case which seemed to beto difficult for a homeowner who has to fight an insurance and fraud plumbing company. After getting 2 estimates for a main water line replacement (big leak), I called O’Bryan because they had very good reviews. They not only said they could do the work the next morning at 8AM but they matched my lowest estimate. The three man crew showed up right on time, were extremely professional and worked hard all day in the 109 degree heat! The follow up was good as well. I highly recommend based on my experience.

Chuck was a lifesaver. He answered his phone at night time and came in 20 minutes. He fixed our problem temporarily for that night and came back next day early morning and all fixed for good. Very reasonable price and knowledgable with good heart. He did great job!!!
