Michael Sawyer was a delight, he was very professional, fast and efficient in getting the job done. He explained in detail of what the job would take to make my kitchen sink usable again, and set up for a new dishwasher to be installed. I have used this company several times over the last couple of years. Recently in our remodel of our bathrooms, they replaced all the valves under my sinks, removed the exposed pipes after we removed our master bathtub and one bathroom sink, and then installed the new plumbing while the tile contractor had the master shower gutted. I am a person that relies heavily on reviews, including as late as last week on vacation. You will not go wrong with the reasonable pricing and excellent quality and trustworthy work of GEM Plumbing.

Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.

Jeff always does a good job. He and Connor worked in the blistering heat today to take care of some things that required digging, and digging, and digging. Today was supposed to be a consultation. He was able to fit me in for the actual work. Thanks Jeff!

What I liked: it was cheaper than first call plumbing

What I did not like: the plumber was in a hurry to get the job done quickly, he made it work but was did a very poor job making it look professional. Now I have to go back and redo some of it because he did such a sloppy job

I have used Legacy Plumbing in the past at a previous house that I sold. A complete redo of the sewer line. I was impressed with their quality of work and their professionalism.Fast forward 4 years.I once again summon Legacy Plumbing for my parent's house for the same issue. A complete redo of the sewer lines. lol. Yay me! I had our foundation done at the house and for the warranty to be effective, I had to get a passing grade on both fresh water and the sewer line. My sewer line fail the test and Cole quickly got to work. The whole project took about 3 days. That is without the excavation team digging and tunneling, that took 2 days. Cole kept me up to date on every process and findings while I was at work. He worked on our schedule, which is great. I don't think a lot of people would do that. Very thoroughly along every step of the way and I'm happy with the quality of work.I did get quotes with a couple of companies and Legacy Plumbing is priced competitively.I would highly recommend Legacy Plumbing.

I've used Koen twice for gas leaks. They are fast and professional and well worth the price; you really don't want to mess around with gas leaks, and I've had every confidence that they could fix the problems safely and professionally. Very polite crew, on time and efficient!

I needed two RPZ valves installed in a new shop and Bill was sent over to do the work. Besides being courteous and bright, he took the time to outline all of the work that needed to be done. I first used Gary's Quality Plumbing services when I moved into my house in 2011 to do a plumbing check and then fix several items from the inspection report. Subsequently they replaced my two water heaters in 2015 and 2017. Work is always high quality. Adam came out this month to fix my leaky shower, a faucet stem had to be replaced. I also asked him to put in quarter turn valves and hoses under a couple of sinks so that faucet replacement becomes easy to do myself. He did all this and was also nice enough to wear a proper N95 mask while he did all this. With the BA.5 variant spreading rapidly I did not want to expose some high risk people in my house to it. I am very appreciative of that.
