Brent was in communication with me from the time we set the appointment and he showed up when he said he would. Quick diagnosis and fixed for a reasonable price. The home warranty people would have let us go two weeks with no hot water but Strittmatter took care of us the same day.

We are very happy with the professionalism and service of 1st Plumber Allen TX and their great workmanship. They are really easy to work with and go above and beyond to look after their clients.

Staggs has been out go-to for years. They have done everything including a slab leak in the garage, faucet replacement, upstairs pipe leak, and an outdoor leak. While they are pretty prompt to show up, they don't seem to be the highest quality and their ethical standards are questionable.

A coupe is my experiences:
1. They came to repair a leak from upstairs. After cutting in the wrong locations in my ceilings twice, they finally found the leak behind a sink. After fixing the issue, it is leaking a little over a year later from the same place. Shoddy work.

2. They came out to fix a leak in the year behind my water meter. Quoted $500, which I agreed to. While I was at work, they decided that the leak was a bit behind where they thought it was and needed to dig more. They talked to my wife, who wasn't invoiced in initial discussions and told her it was going to be closer to $2500 and demanded a payment of $1500 to proceed. They actually billed $3000. For that they couldn't even be bothered to finish the same day, despite having clear access to the leak by 5pm.

Chad showed up within 15 mins of my call and had it fixed really quickly. I actually flip houses for a living, and I'll definitely be calling him in the future. Really personable guy.

Aaron came the day I called to check my water heater. We discussed the problem and he went and picked up a new water heater. He worked quickly and efficiently putting it in. After completing the job he answered questions. Best of all, he had taken the time to put small reminders on where the gas and water shut off valves were as well as made sure to tell me about the emergency shut-off . I found this very thoughtful since these things aren't something most repair services do for their customers, especially for a a lady who knows little about water heaters. A job well done and highly recommended!

After getting 2 estimates for a main water line replacement (big leak), I called O’Bryan because they had very good reviews. They not only said they could do the work the next morning at 8AM but they matched my lowest estimate. The three man crew showed up right on time, were extremely professional and worked hard all day in the 109 degree heat! The follow up was good as well. I highly recommend based on my experience.

I contacted Best Quality Plumbing. Chuck came out. He was timely and professional. Had a gas leak (a hole the size of a quarter) in the pipe leading to the heater for the spa/swimming pool. He diagnosed the issue and provided a reasonable solution and price. During the diagnosis, he also identified and addressed others issues (replaced the parts) at no additional costs - to meet codes. Chuck gave an explanation for the additional repairs as well as the overall process. ...did a good job.

Worked with Brent to get estimate to replace 2 hot water heaters. He walked us throught the difference between tankless and tank water heaters to help us make a decision. We went with the tankless, installation team were polite, very efficient and through. Would highly recommend Earl's.

I called at 11am and a plumber arrived by 1pm! I was so excited to get same day service. Phantom repaired my faucet in 30 minutes and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

I had the worst experience with this team. I called in and scheduled a 2 hour slot in the morning for next day appointment. Within 2 hours, i called in and asked whether we can reschedule 2 days after my original appointment because i was expecting a Chandelier and wanted to complete installation of the same along with other work. Also i asked whether the hourly rate would come down if the work takes more than 3 or 4 hours

The person on the phone acted like he didn't understand my request and i had to explain multiple times. He suddenly started with the abusive language and i asked him whether is this the way you treat your customer. He continued and disconnected the phone. When i followed up with an email, i got the reply stating that i used the abusive language.

I have recorded the whole conversation and it is pretty evident. I would never use their services. Let wanted the people to know.

Lots of gratitude for Tex the plumber's exceptional service. Our review is solely based on the completed outcome of the job, and we couldn't be more satisfied. Moving into an older home with two massive water heaters from a newer house with a tankless one posed a challenge. Tex was the only one who didn't show any negativity about our desire to switch to a tankless heater when I was shopping around. He efficiently guided us through the process, getting us the largest 'Navien' tankless water heater and attic plumbing rerouting. In about a week, we now have extra closets and a stunning water heater that never runs out of hot water. Thank you, Tex, for your outstanding work and a job well done!
