What a stress free and seamless experience we had with this company. Our pipes were backed up and we could not figure out what the root cause was. Well, Michael came by and was able to let us know that it was indeed a root problem! He was very knowledgeable about our situation and helped us come up with a plan for the here and now and for the future as we will eventually need more work done. He was able to get our pipes cleared out enough to go back to normal until the major work needs to be done (root removal). Without Michael, we would have never known where the root was or that it was indeed the issue. Very reasonable and highly recommended! Thank you, Plumbing Pros!

Hands down best plumber I have ever dealt with. I had a leak that seemed like its going to cost me an arm and a leg. I called GEM Plumbing and Stan came out almost immediately to my house. Found the problem within 5 minutes, and was able to fix it with minimal cost. I will never use a different plumber!!

Connie was extremely helpful in setting up an appointment for Chris Reeves and Cody to come to our home to look into a stopped up drain. They arrived on time and had the drain unclogged within 45 mins tops. Both Connie and the young men who came to our house were friendly, efficient, and up front with everything.

I have used them several times, to repair leaks and they even installed a new hose bib when my old one broke..... The plumber was very courteous and knowledgeable and each time he does a job, it’s done right the first time...... never had to call him back on a repair....... Called Diego back to finish a tile floor install after multiple problems with Lowe's. (Word to the wise: if you're thinking of using Lowe's installation services for remodeling, don't.) Diego did a great job with the flooring and even installed the new toilet, too. I had them out a few weeks prior to work on some fascia boards and that went nicely as well. I have no reservations about recommending HomePro for any repair needs.

After getting 2 estimates for a main water line replacement (big leak), I called O’Bryan because they had very good reviews. They not only said they could do the work the next morning at 8AM but they matched my lowest estimate. The three man crew showed up right on time, were extremely professional and worked hard all day in the 109 degree heat! The follow up was good as well. I highly recommend based on my experience.

Had them come out because we had two broken valves. One in the front and one in the backyard.

He then proceeded to tell me it was going to cost $550 to dig a hole and replace the valve just for the front. He said the backyard he wasn't sure, because he may have to go into my sheet rock to replace the valve?...he said if it's easy it'll be $150 but he's not sure. My husband told him we wouldn't be able to do $550.

He was also late, and then upon leaving he told me I owed him $89 for his time and that he could've been making money somewhere else because he has had three phone calls since he's been here.

Really cares about his customers, obviously. Wouldn't recommend.

Highly recommend!!! I have used Earl’s in the past but forgot to save their contact in my phone and ended up calling another service provider. When the other guy’s came out they were charging almost 2.5x what I recalled paying the previous time for a similar service (outside faucet repair- broke durning the freeze). I went through my emails to find the old invoice and found Earl’s number. Called them up and they hey came out within a couple hours. Completed the job quickly and i could not be happier with the service. number has been saved this time.
