Best Install New Fixtures in Plano TX

I have been a Devard's customer since I bought my house back in 2000 - they handle my HVAC, electrical, and plumbing work. They are a solid, caring company, and I will remain a customer as long as I live in their service area!

We've used Stan a few times but he is trustworthy, honest and will tell you the problem from the start and wont hide anything. We will always be calling Stan for any plumbing needs!

Jeff and his team are absolute professionals. They are extremely skilled at what they do. Fantastic work installing a water heater. What I also really appreciate is the level of education you get from Jeff and Andrew. They spend the time to explain how things work, pros/cons, why things work the way they do, in a very succinct and patient manner. Recommend Jeff & Team without any hesitation!

I called at 11am and a plumber arrived by 1pm! I was so excited to get same day service. Phantom repaired my faucet in 30 minutes and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

I had the worst experience with this team. I called in and scheduled a 2 hour slot in the morning for next day appointment. Within 2 hours, i called in and asked whether we can reschedule 2 days after my original appointment because i was expecting a Chandelier and wanted to complete installation of the same along with other work. Also i asked whether the hourly rate would come down if the work takes more than 3 or 4 hours

The person on the phone acted like he didn't understand my request and i had to explain multiple times. He suddenly started with the abusive language and i asked him whether is this the way you treat your customer. He continued and disconnected the phone. When i followed up with an email, i got the reply stating that i used the abusive language.

I have recorded the whole conversation and it is pretty evident. I would never use their services. Let wanted the people to know.

Worse service ever after I paid Bruce 1000 for so called outdoor irrigation leak. July 21 he made a big mess, said he would come out next to clean the mess as he never showed up, once he completed work sprinkler system didn't come on as he said its not working but he fixed the leak & how he should have charged me more. I had to ask for a receipt as the receipt shows a fake website to the TX State Board. I have reported him doing bad work. He can barely bend down & work is POOR/ I told him the leak is back and he said he would come out but never showed up and claimed he couldn't come til 3 weeks bc hes booked, called his business and his wife says it out of warranty. Nothing but shotty work and 1000.00 down the drain. .

Unparalleled customer service! I called to have a sink installed. It turns out I needed much more than I thought - countertop contractor to cut the granite and for them to under mount the sink. Then I would a plumber to redo the pipes. Canon was informative and readily available. He told me the Legacy pricing over the phone. He walked me through the scope of my project and even told me how to do the plumbing myself so I could save some money. I was amazed. I asked why in the world he would help me do the job he could be getting paid for. He told me about the mission of Legacy and that they exist to serve their community and treat customers as neighbors. I’ve never seen this practiced by a business. This is my go to plumbing company …their number is saved in my phone.

Sam was amazing and went above and beyond on our project. I will definitely use the Plumbing House again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service with employees you can trust.

So they just hang up the phone on you, I asked information about cost and installation and told him he was the first one I contacted and he just hung up on me. Elite? Not so sure.
