Reece did awesome. He fielded all of my questions challenges…I’ve had unfortunate experiences with other teams plumbing services and wanted to make certain this way would work. Reece took the time to consider my opinions, but also respectfully shared other ways a solution could be done. They knew their codes and standards and left everything completed and clean. Scheduled service on a Monday morning. Took off work and waited but no one ever showed up. Never got a call advising there was a delay or that they would be late. I had to get back to work. When I called Dallas Sewer Hydro Jetting Service , the guy asked me why I didn't call them to find out why they were late. After that comment, I advised I would not be using their services. To me, it showed a lack of concern which could reflect in their work, as well.

I can understand that things come up and delays are always possible. That's when you make a call to the customer to ask for a different time or explain the delay. Since there are plenty of other plumbing services available, I was able to get someone else fairly quickly.

I usually don't write too much review, but I am so pleased I want to give Ricky a good review.

Water leaked into the house, I quickly shut off the main. Then the hunt for a plumber started found Ricky; he came to find the leak (Busted Outdoor Water tankless heater), and through the pipe, the water came inside the home. He told me he could order, or I can order ASAP or call for a Warranty. I did order, and luckily I found one in Georgia and came in time. . I called him again, he came to my home on a Sunday and replaced the unit and resealed the pipe.

I highly recommend Ricky. He is honest and a genuine guy.

Replaced my toilet in December. The guys were dressed professionally, cleaned up the area so I didn't even see a mess. Awesome communication, I got notified when they were on the way and they showed up within the time they said. I recommend them constantly and will never use another plumber. Also, I had just moved and my dishwasher wasn't working and they unplugged something that was stopping it just to help me out. Great company!

What a pleasant experience in the midst of hail damage and countless repair calls! Zoom Drains showed up almost immediately after my call.
