Awesome service and professional work

Hot water heater went out and CPR was there the same day to take a look and there the next day to get a new one installed. The price was fair and they took care of the city permit. I would highly recommend CPR!

After getting 2 estimates for a main water line replacement (big leak), I called O’Bryan because they had very good reviews. They not only said they could do the work the next morning at 8AM but they matched my lowest estimate. The three man crew showed up right on time, were extremely professional and worked hard all day in the 109 degree heat! The follow up was good as well. I highly recommend based on my experience.

Water leaked into the house, I quickly shut off the main. Then the hunt for a plumber started found Ricky; he came to find the leak (Busted Outdoor Water tankless heater), and through the pipe, the water came inside the home. He told me he could order, or I can order ASAP or call for a Warranty. I did order, and luckily I found one in Georgia and came in time. . I called him again, he came to my home on a Sunday and replaced the unit and resealed the pipe.

I highly recommend Ricky. He is honest and a genuine guy.

The folks from Pure Plumbing are Pure professionals all around! Had my blocked toilet fixed within 30 minutes!

After multiple attempts to getting my toilet unblocked (for 2 days!), I gave Pure Plumbing a call (around 6pm). Right from first contact I could tell these guys have their process well streamlined.
The rep collected all the necessary details and my service need. I then got a follow-up call to ensure they'll have someone out to look at it first thing tomorrow morning (8am-10am).

The following morning, I received a text telling me exactly who is showing up and when. They even sent a picture of the service technician. So cool!

Uriel was my guy. He is a true professional and expert. He walked me through everything that he was going to do (from identify the problem to my options on fixing it).
After analyzing all my bathrooms thoroughly, he showed me what could be required to fix and the associated cost with each service.
We both agreed to try the easiest (and the cheapest) option - the auger. He said that could do the trick. And it did!
Afterwards, with my permission, he showed me potential upgrades I could benefit from. He even showed potential hazards and gave me money-saving tips!

All in all, I'm very happy with the entire experience. The company and Uriel were just great and easy to work with. I've found my go-to company for all things plumbing! Will be recommending them to all my Plano friends and family!

What a pleasant experience in the midst of hail damage and countless repair calls! Zoom Drains showed up almost immediately after my call. The technicians were courteous, informative, professional, and honest about work needed/optional. The owner volunteered a very fair price.
