Uncle Richie (a.k.a. Richard Garcia) did an excellent job fixing a damaged pipe which inconveniently broke at 11 pm Sunday night. He was quick, efficient, and thorough. He went above and beyond by cleaning the area and water damage which I told him he needn't do but he insisted. Service like this is rare! I will definitely call on Triple Crown Plumbing in the future.

Water Heater gave up this winter after 10 years of service. I scrambled to find a Plumbing service to avoid cold water. Found Gem Plumbing and placed the call. They were very responsive and scheduled the service for next day. Stan and and his help arrived on time. Looked at the unit and it needed replacement due to internal leak. They went and got the new unit, and the heater was up running within few hours. They explained all the components in the heater. Learned much more about water heater.

We used Benjamin Franklin to clear a main line clog over the weekend. They were quick to respond, the pricing is competitive (around $175), and the technician (Juan) was very professional and did an excellent job. I definitely recommend this company and will use them next time I need any plumbing work.

I am so happy with this company and the plumber. He did an excellent job and the price was great. He also gave me information about the old pipes to my bathtub and gave me an estimate to replace them so the problem wouldn’t happen again. It seems like a very reasonable estimate. I highly recommend this company!!

We had two outside water faucets replaced with frost-free hose bibs and the plumber wrapped the pipes for better insulation.

I am so thankful I found the website and phone number for AAA Auger in Dallas! I highly recommend them! I was needing to find a really good and thorough plumber that would not give up and could get this sewer line clear again, because I had already paid 2 other plumbers that couldn't get it done, sadly. This was rental property with tenants with only one bathroom and that makes life very difficult when nothing works in your bathroom! This needed to get fixed fast! This company sent out Frederick and he is our HERO! He worked so hard to get this done and he is a wonderful, caring gentleman! Streamline Plumbing has taken care of us on many different projects including a 40 foot sewer repair below our house, water heater installation, toilet installation, AC drain pipe repair, and angle stop replacement. Welcome to Dallas Hard Freeze/Snow Storm!! Feb 2021.

Water leaked into the house, I quickly shut off the main. Then the hunt for a plumber started found Ricky; he came to find the leak (Busted Outdoor Water tankless heater), and through the pipe, the water came inside the home. He told me he could order, or I can order ASAP or call for a Warranty. I did order, and luckily I found one in Georgia and came in time. . I called him again, he came to my home on a Sunday and replaced the unit and resealed the pipe.

I highly recommend Ricky. He is honest and a genuine guy.

Aubrey Plumbing responded quickly after my initial call. They were then out quickly and in communication the whole time after my hot water tank went bad. Gave me options on what to install at competitive prices. On installation day got a phone call when they were on their way and had the job done in under 2 hours. Great service and communication.
