Had a wonderful experience today with everyone at this company. Gareth came to my home when promised to deal with my emergency water leak. My hot water heater burst and flooded 3 rooms in my home. The company was also able to refer me to a great water restoration company that was at my home within an hour. Both companies have professional, respectful staff. Everyone I spoke to Amundson Plumbing from 430 am forward provided excellent customer service.Gareth made several recommendations to improve safety and prevent future leaks. He even picked up a carbon monoxide detector and installed it for me because we have a gas water heater. Thank you! I look forward to using this company for my future projects/ needs.

good honest pricing and they got the job done in no time at all. I called them late on a fri evening as my water heater was leaking and they were out around an hour and a half later with a brand new water heater. I will defo use these guys again in the future

Richard and Mickey did a great job today replacing our hot water tank in the topmost attic of our house. It wasn't an easy location for them and they were very courteous and professional and had a great attitude about the tight space they were working in. Finished up quickly and cleaned up everything. Highly recommend!

I find this Devard's heat air electric & plumbing company on next door, going by the reviews I contact them and tell them about a house I purchased and its AC system needs the annual preventative maintenance plus flushing its drainage pipe/s making sure its not clogged as the house inspector noted.
I call them and explain all this to the lady who answered, she asks me to send them the inspector notes for them to see so they know what they need and what to do when on site, and I send them these inspector notes from the report itself, by now 3 days already passed, I do not hear from them, I call again and the lady answers telling me she needs to speak to the “manager” (so looks like the lady cannot do any scheduling unless go through the manager, a bit weird but whatever) a day or two passes by, I call and lady goes: the manager said he needs to the full house inspector report, and I go I have sent you all the notes related to the HVAC, why the manager wants to see the full report which got nothing to do with the HVAC, what the manager got to do with seeing the full report.
2 or 3 days go by till the lady calls and leaves a message about me being blessed since the manager agreed for the lady to go ahead and put me on their service schedule, when I decided I am not using this company.
They wasted around 10 days of my time and my need, I think greedy companies nowadays they only want to show up at your doorstep to change the AC unit for 15K and do not want to service them for $100, companies and people not looking further than their nose tip and not thinking about their kids future which going to pay for this greediness.

Its Annie and I am not a paid spokes person but a very satisfied customer of Gem. They have worked for us for years. They are reasonably priced, and always arrive on time and prepared. They are trustworthy and really nice people and I have recommended them many times. They have solved all of our plumbing needs in our home for many years.

Technician Haggai did a great job diagnosing the issue even with a camera through the cleanout to verify problem was localized in the bathroom, then came in and cleared the drain quickly. I liked the fact that clearing drains is Haggai's full time expertise. Never seen this specialization in a plumbing company! Rate was reasonable and they were definitely on time.

1st Plumber Allen has outstanding professional service. Their technicians' attention to detail and timely service is outstanding. My repairs were done in a timely manner and at reasonable price. I definitely will use this company again and recommend their services.

Shower handle broke off on a Sunday morning a few days before Christmas. I've replaced Moen Posi Temp cartridges a few times before and never had an issue but this one was different. The stem had broken off and the cartridge was calcified in the brass valve so I could not get the thing out after an hour of trying. Plus I had to keep our water turned off at the water main because the shower was stuck in the on position. Finally seeing that I was going to make it worse if I screwed it up I looked up plumbers and Chuck was local and highly rated. I called him and left a message and he called me back within an hour or two at the most. A few hours later he was at my house working on the issue. He worked a couple hours to get that cartridge removed without damaging the brass valve and had our shower working great again. Chuck is a great guy and did great work on a Sunday no less. I highly recommend him, you won't be disappointed.

Water leaked into the house, I quickly shut off the main. Then the hunt for a plumber started found Ricky; he came to find the leak (Busted Outdoor Water tankless heater), and through the pipe, the water came inside the home. He told me he could order, or I can order ASAP or call for a Warranty. I did order, and luckily I found one in Georgia and came in time. . I called him again, he came to my home on a Sunday and replaced the unit and resealed the pipe.

I highly recommend Ricky. He is honest and a genuine guy.

Sharing my great experiences with Aubrey Plumbing. They saved me a ton of money and headache by being honest and that is why I’m recommending these guys and giving a good review.

I had Tyler come out for a pressure test before foundation work and he was professional gave me alot of good information.

After the my foundation work was performed, the foundation company paid for a different plumber and sent them out. This other other plumber said the drain under the foundation was leaking and gave me quotes for work and would not directly answer questions. He did not seem to want to answer questions and wanted to just give me quotes for work.

I sent that joker away and called Aubrey Plumbing to come out and recheck my plumbing after the foundation work. Anthony came out and rechecked the plumbing and we proved it was not leaking. Anthony was straight forward and explained how he tested and answered all of my questions.
