Very good communications from both the home office and the team on site. Anwsered all our many questions about work progress, how the repair is done and any potential afterwards problems; there were none. Team did an excellent clean up after having to tunnel beneath the shower to fix a pin hole leak in the copper hot water line.

We've had more plumbing problems than the average homeowner and Stan is the only plumber we trust with these extensive jobs. He's reliable, down-to-earth, and honest.

I've used Rodgers Plumbing for years now. They really came to the rescue this morning when I had a hard to get to leak under the house. There was lots of water and was a hard to get to spot to repair. They fixed it timely at a reasonable price.

Brent was in communication with me from the time we set the appointment and he showed up when he said he would. Quick diagnosis and fixed for a reasonable price. The home warranty people would have let us go two weeks with no hot water but Strittmatter took care of us the same day.

This company is great. Easy to book and very timely.

In September 2015 I had a crew out to repair some foundation issues and discovered several slab leaks. I had CPR Plumbing out to quote the job and was very impressed by my entire experience.

Chad, the owner, spent a great deal of time explaining the repair process to me, it it became very apparent that he takes a great deal of pride in providing quality work for his clients. He and his crew completed the job to the exact specifications and timeline that he had laid out in the initial project plan.

In addition to getting everything I was promised for a fair price, there were a few other things about my experience with CPR & Chad that I wanted to mention:

1. On the first day when Chad and his crew arrived, he noticed that my fence latch (attached to the house where the foundation had just been lifted the previous day) no longer lined up with the gate. This had nothing to do with the work he was there to do, but he took the time to go ahead and adjust it for me.

2. There was a significant amount of tunneling that had to be done for my repair job, and some of the temporarily displaced dirt ended up crushing one of my neighbor's gutter downspouts. Within two hours of notifying Chad, he was at my house with a new downspout. He then proceeded to head to the store to get the correct paint to match the rest of my neighbor's gutters. No questions were asked about that damage already being there, or who was at fault. He just took me at my word, and fixed it with no questions asked.

I could not possibly be any more pleased with the service I received from CPR and will most certainly call them for any future plumbing issues I might have!

Reece did awesome. He fielded all of my questions challenges…I’ve had unfortunate experiences with other teams plumbing services and wanted to make certain this way would work. Reece took the time to consider my opinions, but also respectfully shared other ways a solution could be done. They knew their codes and standards and left everything completed and clean. We first called to get an estimate and they sent Keith out which by the way needs a significant raise because he was courteous, upfront, knowledgeable and everything else that's great about a very good business! We had gotten other estimates but y'all couldn't be beat! Then y'all sent Jorge which we feel the same way about him as we do Keith!!! Then we decided to use y'all and the crew y'all led by Jeff was outstanding and professional! I could go on but I think y'all get it that WE RECOMMEND BILLYGO PLUMBING! My hot water heater was gushing hot water and my outside faucet was not functioning, Chuck came out within 30 minutes and was extremely knowledgeable and professional and fixed both issues while providing detailed explanation for why the issues were happening.
I would definitely use Best Quality again for any plumbing issue. Chuck definitely goes above and beyond!
