In our case because our system was 20 years old, the best thing to do was replace the outdoor unit. I knew I would have to do it one day. They were able to install the new unit within a couple days of my first call. The new efficient system actually lowered my electric bill and my home is much more comfortable now. I would recommend Devard's to anyone in the area for the quick response time, trusted customer service, and quality professional installation!

I called to ask if he serviced the Dallas area because my company wanted to partner for a launch and send our new customers his way, however, he called me a b*tch and said many other curse words. Our customers will be sent else where. Never have I ever heard someone in business speak that way. Do NOT get a service from this imbecile. Shower handle broke off on a Sunday morning a few days before Christmas. I've replaced Moen Posi Temp cartridges a few times before and never had an issue but this one was different. The stem had broken off and the cartridge was calcified in the brass valve so I could not get the thing out after an hour of trying. Plus I had to keep our water turned off at the water main because the shower was stuck in the on position. Finally seeing that I was going to make it worse if I screwed it up I looked up plumbers and Chuck was local and highly rated. I called him and left a message and he called me back within an hour or two at the most. A few hours later he was at my house working on the issue. He worked a couple hours to get that cartridge removed without damaging the brass valve and had our shower working great again. Chuck is a great guy and did great work on a Sunday no less. I highly recommend him, you won't be disappointed.

Called Diego back to finish a tile floor install after multiple problems with Lowe's. (Word to the wise: if you're thinking of using Lowe's installation services for remodeling, don't.) Diego did a great job with the flooring and even installed the new toilet, too. I had them out a few weeks prior to work on some fascia boards and that went nicely as well. I have no reservations about recommending HomePro for any repair needs.

Al and his team helped me replace a water heater. They were extremely helpful navigating issues with my home warranty company, notified me with any updates and were always willing to accommodate any of my requests.
