Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. My 15yr old niece managed to break off our front yard water faucet leading to a series of unfortunate events. We couldn't get the water shut off valve to work. A neighbor trying to help busted a pipe to what he thought was our shut off valve but it was for our irrigation. We had water spewing from two locations. I checked next-door and called a handful of places people recommended. I got a hold of Brant who was able to squeeze us into their schedule. Within 40mins Jason came out arriving at the same time as the city to shut off the water! The turn around time and communication was fantastic. They fixed everything fast explaining the costs and what they were doing beforehand. I will definitely use them again!

Owner refused to give me an estimate because I left a bad review 5 years ago (they did not show on the day they promised). Who wants to take a day off work only to get canceled and then have to take another day off? So now I'M THE BAD GUY!! They could be the best plumbers ever but with customer service like that who needs them! My advice is to go find a reliable company.

My hot water heater froze during the snow storm of 2021. Even during the chaos following the storm, Four Stars was very responsive and worked to fit me into the schedule within a reasonable time frame. They let me know when they needed to change the schedule and the plumbers dispatched were friendly and professional.

Worth noting the company does work hourly instead of doing upfront project estimates, but I definitely felt I got everything I needed done for a very good price.
