In-house plumbing completed a re-route of my complete house a couple of months ago. I was having some other work done on the house this past week and a concern came up. I contacted in-house plumbing about the concern, the owner called me back within 15 minutes. 2 plumbers came to the house to see the concern within 30 minutes and completed the work necessary to address my concern to my satisification within 3 hours.

Stan and his son came out and replaced our Garbage Disposal and a washer on the back faucet which was causing our faucet to drip all day.all night. In and out in under an hour. Highly recommend!

In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.

I woke up to a fast leaking water heater and called one plumbing company. They told us they could not get to us for 3-4 days. I called 1st Plumber Allen TX and they were able to make it out within 2 hours. Their plumber was very informative and went over several options. He answered my questions and even explained what happened and what he will have to do, thoroughly, before he began to work. Service was prompt and pleasant. Called Diego back to finish a tile floor install after multiple problems with Lowe's. (Word to the wise: if you're thinking of using Lowe's installation services for remodeling, don't.) Diego did a great job with the flooring and even installed the new toilet, too. I had them out a few weeks prior to work on some fascia boards and that went nicely as well. I have no reservations about recommending HomePro for any repair needs.
