Let me say just excellent service, completely happy with the installation of my new water heater. The job was thoroughly and professionally completed about 30 min ahead of the originally quoted time and over $50 less after having drained, uninstalled and taken up to HD to get the new one. All was done in really good time as professionals should. They were detailed enough to install an outside drain for my catch pan as well as even seal the inside rim of the catch pan drain whole as to prevent further trips and leaks. Bill the supervisor i believe was really courteous in keeping in contact, patient in explaining the process and answering all my questions and concerns. Amundson Plumbing is worth your hard earned dollars as you get more than what you pay for in service. They will be my go to plumbing service for my home from now on. Thanks a lot guys...Awesome job.

good honest pricing and they got the job done in no time at all. I called them late on a fri evening as my water heater was leaking and they were out around an hour and a half later with a brand new water heater. I will defo use these guys again in the future

I had a water leak in my ceiling so called Triple Crown Plumbing. Alex arrived shortly before midnight which was great to have a company actually come out promptly after hours. Furthermore, Alex gave me all my options and never pressured me to make a decision. We decided to replace the water heater with the same style of unit we previously had and the installation went perfect. I highly recomend Alex and triple crown plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

I was trying to replace my leaking water pressure regulator valve myself on Sunday, but run into an dilemma and could not fit the new in. I need to get it done so my family can get water back. I contacted several plumbers to help, and luckily get Wally available on weekend. He is professional, talent, and get job done his good work on Sunday, I asked him to come over today again to fix my backyard leaking garden faucet. He did a good job today again. He has lots of special plumbing tools, which make him to do the plumbing job efficient. Wally is a nice, easy going guy. I recommend him.

Can't say enough about the great job Farest, Carlos and his team did replacing our 2 original units. They took the time to evaluate our current units and made several changes to improve the design and performance by adding plenums to both new units and changing out several ducts that were either under or over-sized. They even moved one unit to another area of my attic that will allow better performance and easier access for future maintenance. After all the work was complete, they left our home and attics very clean. Devard's is a great example of a smaller, well-managed mechanical service company that provides great service and attention to detail.

They completed a very large job over the course of 3 days. It rained heavily on 2 days, but this didn't stop them from advancing the trenches and tunneling under my house. Replaced the entire under slab sewage plumbing with PVC and connected to to the sewer main in the backyard. They ran into an unfortunately placement of some of the old cast iron couplings placed in the concrete slab beam. However, they were able to come up with a solution for connecting to the vent stack in the concrete beam without having to route the piping outside of the wall. This allowed a fix that wouldn't be aesthetically unpleasing. Excellent job!

I have used this company several times over the last couple of years. Recently in our remodel of our bathrooms, they replaced all the valves under my sinks, removed the exposed pipes after we removed our master bathtub and one bathroom sink, and then installed the new plumbing while the tile contractor had the master shower gutted. I am a person that relies heavily on reviews, including as late as last week on vacation. You will not go wrong with the reasonable pricing and excellent quality and trustworthy work of GEM Plumbing.

I would not waste your time on Alberto because he has no time wasting yours. After speaking with Alberto about my project he asked me to send him my address and we set a plan to meet at my house around 9:30am the following day. By 11:00am the day of our meeting I had not heard from him so I called and he did not answer. Shortly after he sent me a text informing me he did not service my area. I completely understand this. However, he could have let me know this the moment he received my address, but he didn't. He left me waiting. He didn't care enough to communicate to me that he didn't service my area the moment he knew where I lived. He blew me off and wasted my time, because he didn't care. Find someone who cares, even if they aren't getting your business.

My response to the owner: You didn't tell me your service area until I followed up with you to determine if you were still coming. You knew where I lived the day prior when I sent you my address and you didn't bother to inform me you didn't service my area. I had to call you, because I was waiting on you.

I am so happy with this company and the plumber. He did an excellent job and the price was great. He also gave me information about the old pipes to my bathtub and gave me an estimate to replace them so the problem wouldn’t happen again. It seems like a very reasonable estimate. I highly recommend this company!!

I had the worst experience with this team. I called in and scheduled a 2 hour slot in the morning for next day appointment. Within 2 hours, i called in and asked whether we can reschedule 2 days after my original appointment because i was expecting a Chandelier and wanted to complete installation of the same along with other work. Also i asked whether the hourly rate would come down if the work takes more than 3 or 4 hours

The person on the phone acted like he didn't understand my request and i had to explain multiple times. He suddenly started with the abusive language and i asked him whether is this the way you treat your customer. He continued and disconnected the phone. When i followed up with an email, i got the reply stating that i used the abusive language.

I have recorded the whole conversation and it is pretty evident. I would never use their services. Let wanted the people to know.
