Best Emergency Plumber Services in Plano TX

I was in a tight crunch with waking up on a Friday morning with no hot water and a leaky water heater. I found this company and called them up and they had someone out to my house SAME DAY. They came out and diagnosed what the issue was and then installed a brand new water heater for me on the same day. I had called around to other companies in the area and they were saying the earliest they could send someone out was next Tuesday. Amundson Plumbing has an extremely helpful staff, both front office as well as their technicians. Gareth was the plumber that got sent and he is the most professional, courteous person I have met in a long time. I wish everyone was that customer service oriented. Every person I had talked to were considerate of my situation and wanting to help. I could not be any happier with the service that they provided for me. Not to mention, it was a reasonable price as well. I would recommend these guys to anyone, HANDS DOWN!

Richard Garcia was very professional and arrived on time. Before starting, he reviewed the work requested and reviewed the pricing with me. The work was priced well within reason. He requested I come look at the video camera in the pipe snake and showed me the pipe was clear of any obstruction and then quality controlled is work with me to ensure the problem was resolved. I’ll use Triple Crown Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. I’m beyond WOW’ed!!!

We have used Rogers Plumbing for well over ten years for our residential needs. Heard a faint hissing noise in one of the bathrooms. Turned off all shutoffs, still hissing . Called Shirley at Rogers. Robert and Daniel were dispatched. Robert located the issue via the crawl space. The cracked copper line was inaccessible from below. The water closet was removed and Robert surgically removed a minimal portion of the wet wall. Repairs made in less than four hours. Robert was able to patch the wall with the cutout section. I had envisioned having to repair the wall opening myself and resetting the WC. Unless you knew the story you would not know that any repairs were done.

Aaron was extremely professional and checked every inch of our home to find a very unique problem obstructing our A/C. I am very appreciative of the manager Tim for sending Aaron out to diagnose an issue that was not resolved the first visit. Outstanding company that I have now used for A/C and plumbing. Randy worked on our problem. He had the problem diagnosed within 5 minutes, and had it fixed within 45 minutes, which included a trip to his plumbing supply store in order to get a part! I am very satisfied with Staggs Plumbing and would not hesitate to call them out again!!

Great job Time After Time

I had gotten two other plumbing quotes on a kitchen faucet swap out and I was pretty taken aback on what they wanted to charge. Both quotes to install were more than the $200 I paid for the faucet. Third times the charm-Chuck was way more reasonable. I had only planned on doing the faucet, but he gained my trust and I had him do some other things as well. Chuck did a great job and he was funny and knowledgeable. I won't go with anyone other than Best Quality Plumbing from here on out. I'm glad I took the effort to call around, some of these plumbers are charging like dentists these days...

Had my shower valve replaced. The cover plate was loose with screws half way out and the valve wasn’t tightened to a 2x4. He broke the 2x4 that was already there and wedge the valve to the wall which was still loose. U can literally pull the the valve toward the shower 2 inches. I had to secured the valve to a new 2x4 I install myself and tightened up the plate. Not to mentioned he didn’t even close the drywall to cut off. Giving 2 stars only because they were available same day. Poor quality and overpriced. Will not repeat any business with them.

We were referred to Texas Plumbing by a Contractor that redid a neighbors house. We have used TPS several times and all their plumbers have been great. Scheduling has been super responsive & we have had some major leak problems fixed as well as small inconveniences. Each issue was really well addressed. I’m veey grateful to have found them.

Moving into an older home with two massive water heaters from a newer house with a tankless one posed a challenge.
