Michael arrived on time and got straight to work. Asked him a few questions and was informed of the costs to do the repairs. We learned we needed a new hydrant faucet and Michael procured one for us which was above the quoted cost. We agreed to replace it and expected to incur that costs above the original quote. I'm very pleased with the service he provided and would recommend him. Thank you Michael.

Everything was great. I had multiple issues I needed take care of and a limited window to sit around the house waiting for a plumber. Corey from Benjamin Franklin showed up on time with warning and did everything I needed quickly. He also checked on a couple of things I didn't think about and provided estimates for them, but didn't try to sell me. He did what I needed and gave me information to make sure everything was maintained and running like new. Great experience.

I've used Rodgers Plumbing for years now. They really came to the rescue this morning when I had a hard to get to leak under the house. There was lots of water and was a hard to get to spot to repair. They fixed it timely at a reasonable price.

Unsure why they have so many good reviews. I called yesterday at 9am, they said 3 hours and proceeded to call me until 7pm until they said it need to happen tomorrow. Called at 7am, then again at 10am saying they needed more time. I told them last night I was unavailable after noon. They won't schedule an appointment -- rather it seems like you're just expected to make yourself available for days at a time until they get around to you. Worse than the cable guy.

Chad was a very caring, and compassionate gentleman. He came out right away, looked at the problem and quoted us a unbelievably fair price compared to the big companies we had out. Hi crew is great, hard working and completed the job quick, but with great detail to the problem. He is very willing to help in all aspects and guarantees his work.
