Mike was the best plumber! I had another plumbing company come out 4 times that couldn’t fix my issue. Mike came out and had it fixed in an hour. He was so nice, knowledgeable, and he explained everything to me. I will never use another plumber after this great experience.

I called in and Triple Crown had me scheduled on the same day. Richard G. was assigned to my job and sent me a text when he would be at the house. When he got within 10 minutes of my house, he called just as I had requested. He arrived right on time. He listened to my explanation of the clogged drain symptoms and thought it through. He gave me two options and told me the cost of each. He got on the roof and unclogged the drain within a half an hour. Prompt, courteous, and honest. Top notch plumber.

I contacted Plumbing Services to inspect my gas hot water heater, flush out the tank and clean the gas burner - periodic upkeep needed for any hot water heater to keep it functioning properly. Mac was my technician. He obviously had a lot of experience. He was courteous, quick and professional. Jumped right in and did a great job. He had all his tools and equipment ready to go at the end of the job and left the place clean and tidy. My previous long-time plumber retired so I've been asking about a new one. A friend recommended Plumbing and I'm glad he did. They're my new plumbers from now on.

Rick came out on-time, and explained the steps he would take to find the leak. He was very thorough and explained/showed me everything he was doing, why and the result. I had many questions and I am quite curious in these situations. He was very user-friendly for someone who does not have any background in plumbing -- giving examples and re-explaining points so I would clearly understand. His patience, friendliness, expertise, professionalism and understanding my needs made this a non-stressful appointment and provided confidence knowing exactly what/where the problem was, how to fix it, etc. I will definitely use In-House Plumbing again and refer them to my friends and neighbors. Stan and his son came out and replaced our Garbage Disposal and a washer on the back faucet which was causing our faucet to drip all day.all night. In and out in under an hour. Highly recommend!
