Triple Crown Plumbing save me!!! I originally called a #1 company, whom I will not name. I had a minor leak on an external faucet. Waited 3 days for them to come out. The evening before they were to show up them canceled. I had to search for a replacement plumber as I had scheduled to work from home the next day. Triple Crown Plumbing took the call, very professional and understood. The next day they called, texted and was on their way. They were even early. They explain the job and cost before working. They ran into a problem where the pipes were solder on. They show it to me and explain the extra cost as the new piping is to be screwed on and not solder. When the work was completed it looks very good and the wife was happy. The company called after Triple Crown Plumbing fixes my faucet want to come out. All I could say if you cancel an appointment with someone and you had 3 day to call do not call them the day before the original appointment and asked can you come out to fix the problem, It's to late as your customer not waiting and moved on. Next time I have a plumbing problem I am calling Triple Crown Plumbing.

Chris went above & beyond again, not only determining where the problem was but in changing out my washer hoses (the ones I had were old & he wanted to ensure that wasn't giving a false sense of a leak...but they needed to be changed anyway, he said). He also caulked around the vent stack as the prior company hadn't & didn't charge me for the visit. What other company would do that? Willie was with Chris & tried to fix my gate that was leaning & no longer locking in his downtime. Fantastic guys!

Its Annie and I am not a paid spokes person but a very satisfied customer of Gem. They have worked for us for years. They are reasonably priced, and always arrive on time and prepared. They are trustworthy and really nice people and I have recommended them many times. They have solved all of our plumbing needs in our home for many years.

This company called ahead to give me at ETA and ID info of the tech Juan Morales before his arrival. He came exactly on time and wore a mask during the entire job. His assignment was to repair a long-standing problem (no pun intended), replacing a 6-foot section of a stopped up/slow draining pipe inside a kitchen wall... a pretty big job. The repair was pricey, but the drain works well enough now, but I happy with the work and would invite this company back again. ;-)

We used Rodgers Plumbing for home drain cleaning and installation of new washing machine valves. The plumbers were prompt, professional and courteous. Their work was high quality and their pricing was fair. I'll be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Aaron was extremely professional and checked every inch of our home to find a very unique problem obstructing our A/C. I am very appreciative of the manager Tim for sending Aaron out to diagnose an issue that was not resolved the first visit. Outstanding company that I have now used for A/C and plumbing. I am so happy with this company and the plumber. He did an excellent job and the price was great. He also gave me information about the old pipes to my bathtub and gave me an estimate to replace them so the problem wouldn’t happen again. It seems like a very reasonable estimate. The artic blast of 2021 gave us a busted pipe. I don't recall how I ended up with recommendations for plumbers from Google, but I was connected with 3 different businesses. 1 of them put me on a call list. I am still waiting for a call back 2+ weeks later. 1 of them said they would be here a week ago...but never showed up.

CPR Plumbing scheduled a date, gave a 2 hour window for arrival on that date. CPR showed up! They texted before they came. They arrived on time. They were professional and got the problem solved for us.

I recommend CPR Plumbing and will call on them again if and when necessary.

After getting 2 estimates for a main water line replacement (big leak), I called O’Bryan because they had very good reviews. They not only said they could do the work the next morning at 8AM but they matched my lowest estimate. The three man crew showed up right on time, were extremely professional and worked hard all day in the 109 degree heat! The follow up was good as well. I highly recommend based on my experience.

I needed a plumber on a Sunday to unclog the drain in my house. Best Quality Plumbing was one of the few local plumbers that advertised they were open 24 hours. When I called, Chuck actually answered the phone. Most plumbers have an answering machine or service where you have to wait for them to call you back. I have had experiences where they never call you back. It seems like many plumbers only want to be a Monday - Friday plumber. Chuck arrived within an hour. He was friendly and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He was professional, worked quickly and solved my problem. He was also priced below what other plumbers quoted. I would recommend Best Quality Plumbing to others.

Came out removed the toilet said something was stuck in the toilet could not tell me what it was. Charged us 214. 00 to remove the toilet was onsite 1 hour and 15 min. Local Call in wylie. And I still have to buy another toilet cause we still don't know. Not impressed with this company at all.

Ken did a phenomenal job. He was thorough and you could tell he truly cared. His customer service was one of the best I’ve encountered.
