Michael arrived on time and got straight to work. Asked him a few questions and was informed of the costs to do the repairs. We learned we needed a new hydrant faucet and Michael procured one for us which was above the quoted cost. We agreed to replace it and expected to incur that costs above the original quote. My wife and I have used Stan on numerous occasions. He and his team have always been great. One time I put in my plumbing in my shower, a few years latter my solder work let go, and the wall flooded. He and his crew rescued me on that job. We have a slab house build in 1988, twice piping below the slab broke and he had a crew tunnel under the house on one occasion to fix the repair. We tore out our master bath, Stan and his crew put in our new garden tub and new drain line and shower pan. Top notch work and you never have to worry about his work. Back in 2004 we put in a new 4 ton A/C in the attic. The drain line that takes the condensate down the shower wall and into the P-trap of the tub drain...the PVC piping in the wall came apart. The original A/C installer from 1988 twist fitted the PVC coupling with no glue. Stan and his team opened up the wall and put it back as it should be. No concerns ever with GEM Plumbing.

Very polite and clear with his explanations of what needed to be done to fix our pipe problem. Got the job done in a timely manner and gave great advice. Will definitely call again. Aaron was extremely professional and checked every inch of our home to find a very unique problem obstructing our A/C. Chuck was a lifesaver. He answered his phone at night time and came in 20 minutes. He fixed our problem temporarily for that night and came back next day early morning and all fixed for good. Very reasonable price and knowledgable with good heart. He did great job!!!

Panic was not far away when I noticed a huge water leak in the front yard-coming from somewhere underneath. I was happy that I've chosen ENCO Plumbing Inc. Btw, they came recommended to me by 2 people. Basically and due to age, I needed a whole new waterline for the front yard. Especially one of ENCO's Technicians, Cody, dug the 1st day, all by himself, for hours non-stop--no breaks in between. I honestly never experienced any plumbing svc. like I've received from ENCO. In addition, they work with 'Seniors' and are extremely competitive price-wise. All there is left now--for the City to come out for inspection/permit, which ENCO said they will take care for me also. This was definitely Customer Svc. to rave about! Thank you, ENCO!!!

I used Bruce’s Sewer & Drain Cleaning to clear our main sewer drain line and was very impressed. Bruce showed up exactly when he said he would, appeared professional and was very polite. Bruce cleared the line and charged me exactly what he said he would, which turned out to be significantly cheaper than the big companies I have used in the past in the Plano area. I highly recommend Bruce if you live in the Plano area, you will save a lot of money and hassle opposed to dealing with the bigger companies.
