Richard did a great job. We called at 6 pm on a Sunday night after trying to fix our clogged line ourselves all weekend. Richard was there in an hour and had the problem fixed in under two hours.

In House Plumbing installed the new sewer system at my house. Chris gave me a sketch of the new sewer lines and a detailed video explaining how they build the new PVC sewer system, together with the cost estimate. These are informative. The other 2 plumbers, Nick and Harold, I met are also helpful, and addressed my questions and concern in a timely manner. The office is helpful and responsive too. She provided me the separate hydrostatic report within an hour after I requested it.The only hiccup is the crew did no fill up the hole inside the bathroom smoothly. My floor guy had hard time to level the new concrete, and spent whole day to put back the laminate floor.Overall I had good experience with In House Plumbing

Stan is fantastic to work with! We called after 5 when we realized our situation seemed like more of an emergency than we realized. We’d booked another plumber minutes before 5 but the phone just rang when we called back. Stan didn’t have to but he took time to talk through the scenario with my husband and was out the next day with his son to fix a broken flange and install a toilet for us. Would definitely hire them again and recommend others use them. Reputable and down to earth plumbers!

This office doesn't know what they're doing. They get around the If there's any delay, it's you we pay. by never actually putting the appointment in their books. Great way to waste taking a day off of work. Horrible service.

We have used Rogers Plumbing for well over ten years for our residential needs. Heard a faint hissing noise in one of the bathrooms. Turned off all shutoffs, still hissing . Called Shirley at Rogers. Robert and Daniel were dispatched. Robert located the issue via the crawl space. The cracked copper line was inaccessible from below. The water closet was removed and Robert surgically removed a minimal portion of the wet wall. Repairs made in less than four hours. Robert was able to patch the wall with the cutout section. I had envisioned having to repair the wall opening myself and resetting the WC. Unless you knew the story you would not know that any repairs were done.
