Michael arrived on time and got straight to work. Asked him a few questions and was informed of the costs to do the repairs. We learned we needed a new hydrant faucet and Michael procured one for us which was above the quoted cost. We agreed to replace it and expected to incur that costs above the original quote. I'm very pleased with the service he provided and would recommend him. Thank you Michael.

Carlos stopped by within an hour of contacting his company and provided some recommendations to fix our problem. He provided a couple options and left the decision to us ( No hard sell). Carlos and his team arrived at 7 am the next day as we agreed and begun working. He completely replaced our main water line in the time he said and at the same price quoted. Would not hesitate to use Carlos for future jobs.

Charged $500 to spend 30 minutes at house checking for gas leaks. Admitted they were only able to check 50% of line. When asked for refund of 50% since they checked only 50% of line, they refused. HOWEVER, offered to take the entire $500 fee off the $9000 quote to put in all new gas lines. YES, that does read $9000. I would never use this company for anything.

They installed a new drainage line and fixed a sewage drain for me. They did it for $10,000 less than other quotes I got and finished in less time than estimated. Sean was superb at explaining what task needed to be done and why. I endorse these guys.

We have used Rogers Plumbing for well over ten years for our residential needs. Heard a faint hissing noise in one of the bathrooms. Turned off all shutoffs, still hissing . Called Shirley at Rogers. Robert and Daniel were dispatched. Robert located the issue via the crawl space. The cracked copper line was inaccessible from below. The water closet was removed and Robert surgically removed a minimal portion of the wet wall. Repairs made in less than four hours. Robert was able to patch the wall with the cutout section. I had envisioned having to repair the wall opening myself and resetting the WC. Unless you knew the story you would not know that any repairs were done.

Aaron was extremely professional and checked every inch of our home to find a very unique problem obstructing our A/C. I am very appreciative of the manager Tim for sending Aaron out to diagnose an issue that was not resolved the first visit. Outstanding company that I have now used for A/C and plumbing. The plumber was very courteous and knowledgeable and each time he does a job, it’s done right the first time...... never had to call him back on a repair....... My family has used casto leak detection for the last year and half or so and have had nothing but great experiences with Brian and his team of plumbers. They found and repaired two leaks, replaced a leaking faulty water heater and a few other small repairs.
